The Petawawa Quality Inn and Suites was recently awarded a Platnium Hospitality Award from Choice Hotels.This award is given to hotels that provide outstanding service and hospitality to their guests on a daily basis.
The hotel is conveniently located on the main artery between Pembroke and Petawawa, close to the gates of CFB Petawawa and only 15 minutes away from AECL (Atomic Energy). The hotel within walking distance of the Petawaw Civic Center which hosts lots of enjoyable activities and offers a Mini Putt, 3 tennis courts, 3 soccer fields, walking and ski trails, and much more.
The entrance to the east gate of Algonquin Park, one of the biggest tourist attractions in Ontario, can be reached within half an hour of the hotel.

Masterclass in Customer Service!nn​From the moment I booked my reservation until the final check-out, the staff provided a service experience that was fantastic.nn​The reservations agent I spoke with on the phone was incredibly personable and made the booking process smooth and pleasant.nn​Upon arrival, the person at check-in was equally wonderful. They were very welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.nn​We had a minor IT issue at check-out and the staff was highly effective in finding a quick resolution.nnI highly recommend this hotel based on the excellent service alone.

This is undoubtedly the best Quality Inn we have stayed between Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. The staff always greet you with a smile. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work here. The interaction between the management and staff gives this establishment a “family” feeling. The staff are very helpful and will everything possible to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable as it could be. The amenities are good and well taken care of. The breakfast is remarkably well suited to the Inn. We have no complaints. I saw the Inn was rated as 3 stars. It may be structurally but the people who work here make it 5 stars.

My son and I stayed here this past weekend for a hockey tournament and it was an amazing experience. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. One staff member even went looking for a specific type of tea for my son which he is still talking about. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. I honestly can't say enough positive things. I know everyone from our group was just as happy as I was .

Rooms clean and fresh. Lots of towels, with a perfectly clean bathroom.  Outstanding breakfast.  A rare hotel that's serves fresh scrambled eggs!  Each day has a different large menu. The manager mentioned that a number of items served are locally sourced.  And if you like tea, there are a half-dozen premium teas available 24/7.

We stayed at this Petawawa hotel on Friday/Saturday as part of a planned trip, and I want to recognize the incredible front desk associate who checked us in on arrival in the evening. She was extremely helpful, genuinely cheerful, and a true professional. Her positive attitude made a great first impression and set the tone for our entire stay. Outstanding customer service, thank you!
