Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre

This is nice hotel. I liked it. But i'll post some small complaints. In our room there is a 2 inch step into the bathroom. It's a little hard to see and we kept stubbing our toes when we entered. The curtains hang down over the vent for the heater so the heat blows into the window instead of the room. Our room was above the entrance, which had bright lights on all night. There was no option to keep the curtains open. We had it going full blast just to keep the room sort of warm. The pool was a bot cooler than I'd like. Just little things. Aside from that, it was clean, the staff were nice. The rooms are what you'd get from any hotel in the province.

Nice staff. Clean Rooms. Some small things could use improvement, such as slightly damaged night lampshades, and the internet speeds were okay, not great. Overall I'd be happy to recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Pembroke area.

Fast check-in time. Clean and fairly well maintained. Room did show signs of the age of building. Also was issue with heat but were under an extreme cold warning at time.

Good basic room for our needs--two queen size beds with comfortable pillows and quiet (possibly because our room was at the end of the hall). The washroom was clean and functional. Front desk staff were courteous and went out of their way to restock the free coffee and hot chocolate machine for our kids. Free WiFi was sufficient. The breakfast was very good; $5 off coupons for each guest meant that we had omelettes and French today but paid only slightly more than we would have for a crappy fast food breakfast. Would stay again!

Nice big pool. Updated rooms. Free wifi. Overall nice hotel.
