We came for a child's birthday party. The building was very clean and the pool area was warm. We talked briefly to staff in the fitness area who were very friendly and accommodating.

A very pleasant hotel with a good fitness center, pool, hottub, and sauna. Good for a drop in, if sleeping off site. Decent restaurant on the first floor. It is quite overpriced but still good to use if you don't want to drive somewhere else.

BED BUGS!!! I stayed a night at the beginning of January. My friend and I had checked in to a room with 2 Queens on the second floor, she went out and I took a nap. I slept for over four hours when she came back and found a bed bug laying right on her pillow! We called front desk and housekeeping came and confirmed what we already knew. They put our clothes in bags and moved us to another room on the first floor (possibly moving them with us?) and comped the stay but I still will never set foot on that property again!

I stay in hotels extremely often for work and recently had the pleasure of staying at the best western pembroke inn. Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful and professional in accomodating all of my needs. The restaurant is great and offers free breakfast options and gourmet food at fair prices. The fitness center is open to public memberships and is bigger than the majority of hotels ive stayed at. The only complaint I have is that it is not 24hours and closed at 10pm which made it difficult to use after working late. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Big pool and an awesome restaurant.
