Comfort Inn Pembroke

Never disappointed here. Great staff, friendly and helpful. There complimentary breakfast is one of the best in this chain.

Stayed at hotel with Hockey team for a tournament. Rooms were not ready for check in times, had to come back twice. Staff was very rude to children due to children playing. I received a phone call which woke me up at 11PM at night telling me to tell all the kids and parents to put there kids to bed. (As i said i was in bed sleeping with my children). I had a small teacup chihuahua with me which was quite visible and staying with us but was taken to the rink with us at all times. I received my bill and checked out as regular to check my credit card statement to see extra charges put through on my credit card with out my authorization. This place is not worth the rates they charge for the stay. The place is fair but definitely over charged not worth recommending for people who have children or animals.

We arrived at Comfort Inn about 2:30 in the morning. A family emergency is what brought us to Pembrooke. They gave us a small discount off the regular room rate. We paid $129 + tax. Front desk was very helpful and check in was quick. They offered us a choice of rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. Included small fridge, microwave, tv, single cup coffee pot with coffee and tea, internet, and hot breakfast. Several restaurants within walking distance or short drive. I would stay here again.

My room was clean and modern. The staff were excellent, they accommodated my request for a late checkout without any issue. I would stay again.

The location is close to the highway, wheel chair accessible, comfortable rooms at an affordable rate. There is a Truck Stop and Restaurant in close proximity as is a small retail mall
