Comfort Inn Pembroke

What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.nIf you're looking for a , comfort and hospitality, comfort inn is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be back!nMy room was spacious, immaculately clean. Complimentary breakfast was amazing with varieties of items. Best part is they don’t charge extra for your pet like other hotels do . I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this place. 5 stars !!!

We decided to spend the night after visiting the Skylight Drive In from out of town.nnProsnThe two ladies working the day of our check in were wonderful. Very welcoming and super informative in regards to events taking place.nnLocation is great. Many amenities close by including a restaurant a few steps away.nn8 minute drive to the drive in.nnRoom was exceptionally clean.nnLower floor patio rooms are perfect for easy access to outside and your vehicle.nnConsnWhile very clean, the room had an unpleasant odor. It did not dissipate even with the patio door open to air it out.nnArrived back to our room after leaving for breakfast surprised to find that our room key had been deactivated and the room cleaned. We had not checked out prior to breakfast as we had planned to come back. This was well before 10am despite being told check out was 11am.nnLoud voices and doors opening/closing until 2am and then starting again at 5am. Possibly due to the location of the room, but you could hear everything and it made it difficult to sleep.

Recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Pembroke with my partner and have to say that it was an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, like not even a speck of dust. The lady at the front desk, Monica, was amazing when we were checking in. She had lots of great suggests for places to eat. Upon checking out the manager, Michelle, was phenomenal! She asked about our stay and thanked us. Like above and beyond service. The only thing that left a bad taste was the older lady who sat in the corner behind the desk, she was very standoffish and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else.

We stayed there this weekend for one night.nThe hotel was clean, bed was fairly comfortable.nI picked this hotel out of the promise on the description that there was a water / river view. The back was SO overgrown we didn’t see any water. So we were disappointed at that.nIt definitely didn’t look like the photos in the website.nThey also allowed dogs in the hotel that barked like crazy when we went into our room. So we asked to be moved, and they let us.

My room had a smell, but considering they allow animals that is to be expected. The breakfast was wonderful, service was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
