Quality Inn

Hotel being renovated right now in the hallways. In progress but looking nice. The beds felt a bit on the small side and definitely could feel my partner tossing all night. Nice choices for breakfast. The pool and hot tub area were nice but the hot tub was not even hot. We had a discounted rate, but I'm not rating as high for the regular value price.

It is tempting to give a 5 star review because we booked this place to get out of a 1 star motel. However, objectively, the room was under construction with sheetrock footprints all over the floor, a missing closet door, and hair on various appliances from the guests before us. The bathroom lacked a fan of any sort, and our room was located right over where the staff would prepare breakfast at 645. Speaking of breakfast, the gentleman in charge picked a sausage off of the table using his bare unwashed fingers and chucked it back in with the rest of the sausages before announcing he was going to prepare more eggs, so the "hot breakfast" was compromised and I wouldn't trust it. Also, given the paper thin walls, if you are the kind that talks loudly in the hallway throughout the night, please realize this is rude and refrain from doing so. Other than that, the room was splendid, the breakfast you prepare yourself is good, and everything was alright. Feel confident in your booking but acknowledge the shortcomings. 3 stars.

Housekeeping is sinply at its worst here. I have been here for a whole week and the beddings have not been changed- not even once. Neither has the room been vacuumed. I come back and meet the same pieces of tissues, price tags etc since about a week ago still lying around the room. The ladies at the front desk at night are really rude. The manager during the day is warm and helpful. He saw me struggling with my suitcases (because their carts were unavailable) and he offered to help log one of the suitcases down to my room. They claim to provide wake-up call services. I signed up for a 5.30am call mon through friday. It only came through on monday morning. Thankfully, I lodged a complaint about the malfunctioning AC and it got changed. Their breakfast is boring and uninteresting. It has been practically the same thing all week long. Their waffle maker malfunctions. I would give them a negative star if I could. And for the price, they could definitely do better

New. Clean. Quiet. Good internet! Would have given it 5 stars but the furniture in the room hasn't been updated yet.

I usually don't leave reviews, but thus was a very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the staff was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this hotel.
