Location was easy to find. The service was satisfactory. When going to bed for the night, after a long day at the Mayo clinic, when opening the bed, the sheets where covered in black lint and a bar of wrapped soap was left in the bed. The best service that was provided, was the shuttle service to and from the clinic. The drivers were very friendly and extremely helpful.

It was very quick to check in. The complementary sugar cookies were good as well. The room I stayed in was decent. A little dirty in some spots, but it fit the needs. I'm not too picky. Nice night of rest.

Been staying here for two months for work, semi- clean rooms kids racing thru the halls early mornings the staff is great besides one which happens to be a manager she is very disrespectful and non professional after she accused us and charged us $250 for "smelling like smoke in the room" which the hotel house keepers go in and out all day from smoking and then threatened to call our job and charge their credit card if we didn't pay cash, mind the fact that our job is paying by credit card and the fact that I would never smoke in a hotel room that my job pays for! she even told me that she didn't have to give me a district manager number and after several times of me asking she finally gives me a number then I call the number the guy never returned my call so I end up looking online and getting a customer service number that tells me it'll be two days before they can contact me back.. would not recommend this hotel in any way to anyone

Reasonably priced. Neat and clean. Protein breakfast and quick food too.

Pretty nice spot to spend the night. Unfortunately we told the kids we would get to swim but someone broke a glass in the pool area so it was closed. We were told it would be open the next day and then the following day so we told the kids we'd go swimming then. The next day we were told it would be a few days until it opened. Obviously not the hotel's fault but a bummer nonetheless. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and breakfast was alright even if the options were a bit limited.
