The employees were wonderful during my 3 night stay. Breakfast was one of the best continentals I've had (several kinds of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, waffle station, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.). Rooms were quiet (could barely hear other guests even with a full hotel), very clean, beds firm (but not too firm), plenty of pillows. Toiletries provided are Paul Mitchell. Towels are thicker. Restaurants within walking distance include Wild Bill Saloon (very good!), Olive Garden & Denny's. Caribou Coffee close. Pool is quite small (no hot tub). There is an outdoor patio area that was nice. The only negative is that there isn't a free airport shuttle (Destiny Limo is available for $10). They do have a shuttle service for Mayo Clinic. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service from every staff member I talked to! Clean, sleek building and room. The pool is small and shallow which was perfect for managing my two small children. Many options for breakfast including Udi's gluten free bread and bagels!

We had a great time staying here for our recent wedding. The whole process leading up to the wedding, blocking the rooms, communication, booking, and the stay, were all easy and enjoyable. The management is great here (Matt McCollom is awesome!) and all of the front desk staff are so accommodating and welcoming. The actual stay was great. The hotel is so clean and smells so great. There's literally someone always cleaning something. We loved our room itself and the personal service was awesome. The breakfast is surprisingly tasty and all of my guests loved it. When we went to check out and open all of our gifts, the hotel even gave us a present for our wedding, so sweet!

Fantastic! I will always stay here when in Rochester. This hotel has the friendliest, most helpful, and most responsive staff I've ever experienced -- every time we've been there. They were very quick to add handicap accessibility items to the room and bathroom when we needed them. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out times. They understand the interrupt driven schedules of their customers, most of them Mayo Clinic patients, family, friends. Hotel common areas and rooms are very clean. Rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave. Five restaurants are very close. A nice shuttle runs to/from St. Mary's Hospital and Mayo Clinic.

We were greeted as soon as we got there, the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived. There was a problem with the AC when we got in their but it was fixed within minutes. They made sure our visit was perfect. Pool was warm and relaxing. And breakfast was phenomenal! Thanks for a great experience.
