What a refreshing business model, mum and I had dairy-free sorbet and of course delicious, staff service was okay and they could try to be friendlier. We'll be back to try the other flavors and toppings. Thanks

RANT to Qoola yougurt shop in Hillside Mall, my daughter wanted it for her Birthday lunch so we ventured out with her sister. She said it tasted weird and I took a bite, it was gross. I took it back to the till to share and asked for a exchange for another flavor. 1 lady working there went to do so, then the other lady took over and said no and asked us if we wanted to buy another one because it tastes fine. I said no thank you, put it down and went to rogers to buy her another Ice Cream. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. Definitely writing the company next, just wanted to share.

Fun place. You get to fill your own container then have toppings applied then weighed and paid.

A frozen yogurt bar!? What a cool idea! Never being to a frozen yogurt bar before I was lost, but thankfully the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Glad they put up with all my questions. They really made it a fun experience. If you're interested in going I would highly recommend trying sweet coconut. It's my new favourite! It's definitely worth stopping by!

DON’T GO AND ESPECIALLY DONT BUY THE “AUTHENTIC BRAZILIAN AÇAÍ” the worst Ive ever tried! I am brazilian and I know really well the texture and flavor of Açaí! This place Super expensive almost $12 . Staff was super rude. First she gave me the açaí and it was dripping off the paper bowl. I saw them preparing and it seemed they never did before. Took so long and I saw they adding other berries juice on it. When I tasted it was awful! Not just because it wasn’t açaí at all but the flavor was horrible. I tried to explain and this girl was so rude saying thats the way they make it.

Great place for a treat but make sure to remember that you pay by the weight. An overflowing cup can result in a surprise $13-15 bill. This is a great place for a SMALL treat, it gets exorbitantly expensive really quick.

Good flavours. They never have the small cups anymore tho, only the huge ones.

Order the Omega Berry Chia smoothie and it was very yummy! The green smoothie was lacking flavour--almost tasted watered down. Staff was friendly. It's interesting though..the "vegan" smoothie I was told by the staff that the protein powder contains dairy. SPC you get a 10% discount on Yogurt.

Expensive, mediocre, and it fully melts in minutes. Got a small and was sipping it by the time I sat down at a table.

Ordinarily there selection is pretty stagnant. But if you get the chance to grab either the cake batter or more recently and better in my opinion the cotton candy, you will not regret it
