Nice atmosphere and super friendly personnel. Lots of screens with different sports: from women golf to WWE. Counted 17 ! remote controls at the bar, cable management looks ridiculous, but at the same time there is some charm in it. 4 stars only for beer to be honest. I asked for a Creemore lager and it was quite bad. Maybe old, I don't know, but on the same day I had another in a different place and it was way, way better. Maybe I will try something different next time.

Were visiting with a U11 hockey team and came two nights in a row! Staff were incredible dealing with the mayhem of all the kids and families. Food and entertainment were great to keep the kids occupied as well. Kudos to the staff at QB. Highly recommended!

Stellar experience, greeted with a smile as soon as we entered. The food was very good pub style food and the service was amazing! From our server Kristy so attentive and friendly to Arey who constantly checked to see if we needed plates cleared. The children LOVED the games area and Mike Jr has extraordinary patience when dealing with the excitement of players selecting their prizes. What a great family night out!

The service was excellent! And we had a new waiter who did great but sorry forgot his name. Wings thick, hot and yummy! I would have gone 5 stars, but I thought games for kids went too fast and too expensive! However, the young fella working games was very patient and kind with kids. This was on Dec 2 at 7pm. Great screens... everywhere! Cheers!

We had the best experience at QB’s tonight. The food was excellent and our server Raven was awesome. Tracey was great with the kids being patient while they took forever picking out their prizes from the arcade. If you haven’t been I highly recommend you try them out.

Hosted my son's birthday party here, it was a large group of adults and some children. I booked this party a month in advance. Our experience was up and down to be honest. When I reserved I made it very clear that we would be arriving about a half hour later after the reservation time as I was trying to make it a surprise party for my son. Other guests would be there first and my understanding was they ordered drinks while they waited for us. Shortly after we arrived there was another group of our guests that arrived a bit late. These were 2 separate sides of the family that were excited to see each other and mingling to say hello. In the midst of this someone who worked there I have no idea on the name or job title as I wasn't told came up to me and started immediately telling me that everyone had to sit right away and start taking their orders because there was another party of 50 coming and the kitchen would be way too overwhelmed. I made it clear I understood but she continued while holding up her watch that my reservation was for 5 and that it's been "almost an hour" and no one ordered food and we were booked for x amount of time. Her tone of voice was extremely aggressive and rude and demeaning. Even my other guests were asking me what her problem was and were disgusted by her lack of customer service skills! I also asked when reserving about an area for my infants stroller by the tables, again I was told this wouldn't be an issue...well she made it an issue! She said this cannot stay here as it would block the way, a guest of mine suggested another area and she very quickly and rudely snapped back "I need to access that table." Her tone was awful! I had to bite my tongue many times. As for our other servers...they were amazing and if it wasn't for them and even the kitchen staff...one who so sweetly helped to repair our birthday cake! I would have given this 1 star just because of how that one woman spoke. I'm not sure who she is but it seemed like she picked the wrong industry. To the REST of the staff: thank you! our 2 servers were so kind and patient...the kitchen staff, amazing!

Staff are very attentive and quick. Food was excellent, fish was moist on the inside and just the right crisp in the batter. Lots of TVs to watch many games at once!

Daytime bartender greets me at the door like she's blocking my entrance and wants me to state my business, yet she does it in a very 'nice' and ingratiating way. Forgot that I asked for the bill with my coffee. At the bar she needs to control things, which is the antithesis of service. Still I tipped 18%.

Having 2 kids it’s hard to have a date with my wife, QB gave us the opportunity to have a date while my kids enjoyed the games, Tracy and her staff were SUPER kind, not to mention that the chicken wings were amazing. Love this place, 200% recommended
