Mr.Sub

This Mr. Sub location is excellent. My most recent order was for delivery through Skip the Dishes. My order was prepared exactly how it was requested right down to the "on the side" items I had specified. I have visited this location in person also and the employees were cleanly in food preparation and financial transactions. Great spot!

This place is special amongst Subway and Mr. Subs. If it wasn’t for Brittany who has gone above and beyond twice for me now I wouldn’t return because of unfortunate experiences at every other Subway and Mr. Sub in Burlington. This restaurant says it closes at 9:30pm, I left the building at 10:02pm as she was closing up but she was still positive and willing to make me 2 subs that I wanted. Thank you so much Brittany. Furthermore, this is the only Sub Restaurant in all of Burlington that always picks up the phone, is actually open like stated on their webpages via Google and have competent staff all the way through. Brittany, is the best Sub-Maker there is, she remembers everything you say and she isn’t annoying like literally every Sub Employee who says, “and, and, and” and than FORGETS a topping. This location also has both Black and Green Olives as well Pineapple My wife likes the fruit?. Thank you Brittany for making this area I live in relatively healthy for me to eat! There is NOTHING, no Mr. Sub, No Subway open as late and actually follows their hours like this location. It’s the best, so good that I prefer here over Subway which has a sub type I prefer. Give them an Award!!

I've been coming here for subs since high school... and that was the late 90's lol. Through the years, the staff has changed, but the owner John, if my memory serves me?? has always run the show. I will always support local shops, and this Mr.Sub is among the best.

$6.99 Breakfast Special was great. Orange juice did taste real which is hard to find anywhere. Everything taste fresh. Friendly staff. Good for you guys.

These guys are the nicest. I just ordered to pick up and I screwed up my order but they were so sweet and just switched the sub for me. Just really nice guys. And great subs!!!

I ordered through Skip the Dishes three different times and every time this Mr Sub location has gotten it wrong. I decided to call the store to let them know and although they apologized, they offered nothing to do to correct it. The double stacked smoked meat was horrible. There was three pieces of meat. What would the regular would be?? One piece of meat. I paid a lot of money and have been disappointed each time. I had heard that they are very cranky and the customer service was bad but I wanted to give them a chance. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

Food was very good! The service was good at first but took forever to get the bill it seemed. I still would recommend this place to anyone who asked about it.
