Pizzaiolo - The Pizza Maker's Pizza

We should have learned our lesson... we have given this place too many chances. We have had a few bad experiences with this location unless we physically go in and order... Tonight we tried delivery again and it was a disaster. First it took an hour and a quarter which is excessive considering our location, then when the pizza arrived it was all burnt plus one of the pizza we ordered for one of our guests was made incorrectly we asked specially for original crust as it states on the reciept and got wholewheat. The bottom of these pizzas are mostly black and one of them is 100% inedible. We love some of the pizzas at pizzaiolo but there is zero quality control at this store. For the $ you at least expect it to be cooked right especially after waiting for so long.

I tried Spinotta pizza for the first time in Pizzaiolo after landing in Canada, It was affordable, delicious, and there’s an option for everyone including vegetarian and vegan people. Must try place if you want to feed your hunger with taste and affordable pricing.

They have the amazing collection of Pizzas. I have tried almost their every Pizza but their Veggie Pizzas are the best in city. BIANCA AND SPINOTTA have no Competition from anywhere else. Best in the world. Gluten free Pizzas are amazing too. Must try atleast once

This business needs to be more attentive and fine tune their process. I ordered a cheese pizza for takeout and then noticed there was a piece of pepperoni in my pizza. Upon returning the pizza and asking for refund they said they can give me store credit instead of refund. I refused and demanded a refund. After they called their manager they finally obliged but gave me cash instead of refunding my credit card.

The pizza here is the best. It’s about $5 more than the regular Pizza Hut or Domino’s but to be honest the ingredients are fresher and the pizza is so much tastier than those brands. The people are very courteous and have a passion for the food they prepare. Enjoy!

I ordered pizza from this place using Uber eats. Pizza was amazing and very fresh. I have been to this place before Covid-19 couple times and pizza was equally good. Owner is also very nice. Love there dipping sauce too, creamy garlic. I highly recommend this place.

Called and ordered a pizza with EXTRA chicken and the "manager" took my order. We've had previous issues and left a complaint about lack of toppings hence why we asked for extra. As you can see in the picture there is no extra chicken but a LACK of chicken. The manager was super rude saying he made the pizza himself, put extra chicken and did not charge us so we should be greatful. He did not listen to the fact that we wish he charged us and gave us the extra chicken. He rudely brushed me off asking what do you want a free pizza? I politely told him that I just want him to understand my concern and take note as it keeps happening. He did not believe me and so I asked for the email to send him a picture in case he had a lapse of memory making the pizza with little chicken and he told me to call head office I certainly will as they are a franchise and don't take complaints. Never will I order here again, I hope you sir get fired and that my picture makes an impression at head office solely for the fact of how rude you are. Pathetic that you were promoted to manager, lapse of judgement on someone's part there.

Stopped here to pick up last minute dinner and so glad to have found this gem of a place. Amazing pizza and great service. Would definitely go back even though it's out of our way.

I have ordered from here a handful of times now and this might be the best pizza in the city imo. Everything I have had has been delicious and prepared to perfection. I have nothing but good things to say and will be a regular customer due to the options they have have for vegetarians and quality! Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options given are plentiful and tasty. I cannot believe there is more than 1 meat alternative avaialble!
