2ND UPDATE: My husband and I went back to St. Louis Bar & Grill today as I was craving some wings and I have to applaud their customer service. Our original server recognized us and came over to our table to apologize to us for the previous incident which she did not have to do so we really, truly appreciated that. The manager, Haley, also came over to speak with us, which we appreciated as well. We had a new server today and she was great as well. My husband and I truly appreciate the effort put into the customer service we received today because good customer service is hard to find nowadays. This team did everything they could to make the issue right and I can say that we’ll be back again and again due to this! Thank you again for an amazing experience! I definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s craving some great wings and great customer service! UPDATE: One of the managers, Haley, reached out to me and has apologized for the issue and offered to refund the charge for my meal. I appreciate you making an effort to resolve the situation so I have updated my rating based on her customer service and I will give this location one more shot. Hopefully, it doesn't disappoint! Last night was my third visit to this location and unfortunately, it will be my last. I was originally so glad to have found this place a few months back as my husband is vegetarian and enjoys their plant based wings. I've tried their plant based wings once as well and they're pretty good, but the boneless wings have just been horrible. I tried to give them another shot last night, but it was the same. All of the wings are either overcooked or undercooked with barely any sauce on them. The reason for my rating is because I found a piece of a napkin in between one of my boneless wings when I cut it open with a fork and knife. That is absolutely DISGUSTING! When I called the server over to mention it to her, she just looked at me and said "Sorry". Seriously? That's your response? She did offer to get me more wings, but at this point, I was too disgusted to eat there. She ended up handing us our bill and charged us for the full meal. She didn't offer to remove my order due to the unsanitary food or even a discount off of my meal. I didn't even get to finish my food. I wish I would have taken a picture before I left, but I was just too annoyed with the establishment that I forgot. We will NEVER be returning to this location!

Have always loved these wings. Hot sauce seemed a little hotter but nonetheless always a great experience.

I’ve become a loyalty customer to this restaurant since my friend took me here three years ago. And I have also strongly recommended St. Louis to all of my friends. Their feedback is this Burlington restaurant is the best comparing with other locations. The wings are the “must”every time. The taste and quality are relatively stable no matter dine in or take out. Let’s support this restaurant.

Service was on point thanks to Jen Z! She checked in often and made sure our little guy was well taken care of. All of the staff were so pleasant and we never had to wait, even though it was quite busy for a Thursday. Great experience all around!

This was a nice little spot to visit. Think bdubs but not as loud and crowded. Not gonna lie, the boneless wings were better sauced and more well cooked on the crispy side... I like that than at bdubs. Definitely give it a try on the "all you can eat night" and bring an appetite!Food: 5/5

Lindsay was a lovely bartender. She was very pleasant and friendly. Maia was working very hard to server all the tables. It is a very nice neighborhood place to spend an evening.

Friendly helpful staff and great atmosphere for casual dining. Was in the mood to eat Ribs so we decided to check out our local St Louis Bar and the Ribs were delicious. They have different BBQ sauces to choose from and was able to get a small salad instead of fries. Really enjoyed the Caesar drink as well. Lots of wing sauces available to pick from as well!

My experience at this st. louis location has always been a positive one. Great food and service. I liked the new item on the menu -general tso cauliflower-yum!!!Food: 5/5

Been at this place before with couple of friends and I said I will come back. And now, I came back but only for a take-out as I didn't have the time to stay. Looked over the menu and decided to get the wings. Placed the order and waited about 10-15 minutes. Got the wings and I left. Usually every time I get take-out I check the package before I leave but this time I didn't and when I get home I was pleasantly surprised that everything I ordered was there. Wings were of a decent size and had a really good taste - they weren't dry / overcooked. Were nice and crispy on the outsider and soft and cooked on the inside. Although I found the price to be a bit on the expensive side for 2 lbs, it's close to what other places offer. Prompt and friendly service, it's a good place to hang out with some friends, have some beer, snack on some wings ...

St.Louis Bar and Grill has absolutely the best wings, jalapeño poppers and onion rings in Burlington! Atmosphere was amazing, staff were fast, friendly and efficient with an excellent smile! Talk about a fabulous strawberry daiquiri-mmm mmm good This restaurant is a must try; I bet you go back for more!
