I'd never been here before today & they were helpful and informative in helping me decide what to get for lunch. The cashier was really sweet & nice and the food came really quickly! I got the mega omega bowl & the blue majik smoothie. The bowl was really delicious and the smoothie was pretty yummy! Would definitely go back for a nice & easy, healthy lunch!

Great food and options...very accommodating to people with different tastes or allergies. Their food really does have great flavour. Seating area is clean and a nice location for walk-in lunches for people downtown. 4 star b/c it's pricey for what you get...not many deals to be had.

Went in for a quick coffee and was impressed with their assortment of roasts from various vendors. Ended up selecting an Americano which was very tasty. Would definitely return for coffee.

Not everything here is vegan but there are a ton of options. I really liked their baked goods, didn't taste like they took a regular recipe and just omitted the butter and eggs.

The smoothie and grain bowl I had here were both delicious!! Really good if you are looking for a healthier meal/snack... I had all vegetarian food here and it was still satisfying and filling. Only bad thing I have to say is that it is pretty expensive, so this is best as a treat once in a while.
