One of my favourite places to purchase shoes/boots. Amazing staff and service!!! I buy most of shoes here, especially summer shoes. They have very unique, not ordinary styles of shoes that I love:. The owner and staff are very accommodating. They make sure the shoe fits properly and it’s the colour and style you are wanting. I also appreciate their honest opinion. I always ask for their opinion because when I walk in this shoe store I want to walk out with almost all lol, not realistic. Sometimes I have to control myself and buy one or two pairs. I bought a pair of gorgeous very sexy sandal today and a matching handbag, can’t wait for my next visit.
Not a reliable place !! I bought a very expense pair of leather boots end of November 2017 for my wife and I was told by the Store Manager that they will never go on sale. Guess what? A week after they were on sale 50% of the original price, I asked for price adjustment or exchange and the answer was that they do not do exchange, refund and / or price adjustment. I sent 3 emails to Head Office with no reply yet. Be careful when you buy something at this store. I do not recommend buying anything to this store. They do not believe on Customer Satisfaction.

Amazing service from the moment I walked in. The owner himself worked with me and my difficult request for a certain type of boot and I walked out with one fantastic pair of boots! I will be back!
