We bought a water tank through Kyle Groat this week. He was amazing to deal with. I came home from picking it up and realized the yard guys loaded the wrong size tank. Kyle sorted it for me quickly, and we exchanged for the correct tank. AMAZING customer service. We have bought trailers from Flaman Nisku too and are still happy with them years later. Definitely will be back.
We were in the market for some home exercise equipment for a while and we finally narrowed our search down to a few elliptical machines. Flaman had the better selection and better prices so we made it our first stop and we were glad we did. Tim was a great help even though he said that the regular salesman was off that day and his knowledge of the ellipticals was limited. I think he was just being modest. He helped us find a great quality machine while staying within our budget. It was a feel good buying experience. Thanks Tim.
Edited because of the quick reply to the review below! They had the rowing machine we we're after but the salesman mustn't of been having the best day. Perhaps he was stressed out or something, maybe a little under staffed but could have had a better experience. We did get what we wanted quick enough though! However, the lady at the front was pretty neat and answered as many questions as she could for me so kudos to her :
Although I've been never been in the store, I do a lot of driving between Edmonton and Calgary. Seeing the Flaman Fitness treadmill guy on the way back to town truly makes my day. It is by far the best attraction on the QE2. It makes returning to Edmonton a bit more bearable. If I'm in the market for some equipment, you guy's are the ones.
If you are looking for fitness equipment or a trailer for that matter then go here. Great team of proffesionals, no pressure, honesty and for an old, over weight & out of shape guy they take the time to explain options and value of their products. I purchased a treadmill from years ago but now my knees are poor, went back for a rowing machine last year and now just recently purchased a recumbent bike. In the long run, pruchasing the equipment and using it at home has saved me $1,000.00 over gym memberships. Thanks Flaman Team!
If you choose to call this location, prepare yourself for an unprofessional automated message which promptly puts you on hold. Once you get through, they'll be out of stock and cut you off mid sentence with a "yeah sorry about that" as they hold a second conversation with a customer inside the store. Such low effort is honestly a disgrace to the fitness industry.
Honestly, I've never shopped at flaman. However, I was driving down the highway at 11:30 on a Sunday and thought it was curious that their neon open sign was aglow. I just thought I should let you know that this isn't the first time I've noticed the sign aglow after hours and figured we could help you save energy and money by letting you know that your sign is aglow at all hours. Ps. Love the running man.
Had a great buying experience recently. Roman in sales was very helpful, great selection of treadmills and excellent pricing. Have bought from here before and will continue to in the future!
I would have given a 5 star review...however i am a Little concerned about your fitness guy on the outside of the building I feel we need to have a clothing drive for him.....donated so he can have a new outfit. I mean really the guys is still In his Oilers gear. come on ppl lets get together and get Flamans Fitness Man mascot some new digs.
