Well laid out. Lots of space to move around. Very helpful staff. Initially directed to the correct area of the store. Later an assistant took a lot of time to explain our options for ordering books that were not on the shelves. Excellent service.

The main benefit of chain book retailers is that they do indeed sell books along with a mirad of other pointless consumistic products. With that being said, unless you absolutely must have any of the newly published nonsense that passes for books nowadays you'd likely have a better time visiting local/second hand book shops.

The coffee shop inside is so cozy! I love chapters/indigo I just wish their hours were better and that they had options in the clothing and wellness selection. Also wish they had a little nook for kids like they used to? to browse through books together.
