First time customer, I was looking for traxxas parts. I’m not in Nanaimo so I placed my order on the website. Smooth, flawless transaction. I also called for advice and got exactly what I needed. Gotta love a good local business.

Awesome experience. Matt helped me order in my desired truck, and then made sure it was ready to go when I picked it up. And I mean everything, from wire compatability to battery charger setup, he did it all. Very happy

Stopped by to get a nice starter truck. Jefe was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out one within my budget. Only slight complaint was that store opened almost 10 minutes late. I get it, he’s the only guy there. But it was a bit frustrating to have to wait around for the store to open. Also have a slight gripe with one of the first things he said to me being that he wishes people would shoot robbers, but I can excuse that as he told me he had been the victim of many break ins. Overall, just show up 30-60 minutes after open and you’ll be fine, very knowledgeable staff!

We purchased 2 small RC’s from NRC while on vacation. They were not huge or expensive RC’s but we were still given exceptional service. I will purchase RC’s from here and have them shipped just to avoid using Amazon. Thank you for your great service!

I popped in here to see if they had any grub screws of a particular size that I needed to mod my PC. Nobody else in town seemed to carry M3 grub screws, and I loathe online shopping if I can support local instead. Sure enough, after I described what I needed the awesome fella at the desk turned around and grabbed exactly what I was looking for. Perfect little hobby shop!
