Podollan Inn Salmon Arm

i stayed here for a week in 2015 and it was one of the best vacations i have ever took. from the staff to the town. parking is easily accessible from the highway and there is definitely enough room to park. The pool is great, my wife and I loved everything about it. the room was fantastic, along with the ac for those hot summer days. The bathroom was fantastic and large, though could use some updating but there was nothing wrong with it. My wife and I had a fantastic stay here and are planning to come back as soon as we possibly can! Thank you to the staff for being polite and professional and holding high standards. I never see this kind of service in Calgary anymore

Beautiful hotel, fabulous service and the most incredible pool. We got a pool side room, were able to bring the dog with us and really enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a room in Salmon Arm!

Room was very spàcious with very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the stand alone shower and soaker tub. Only downside I can think of was the pool wasn't ready for use the day we arrived.

DO NOT bring anything worth value to this hotel. I left my watch in this hotel and called soon after I left. I called the concierge whom had told me he would return my call after he looked, he did not. I called back myself and received an excuse that he was waiting to talk to the cleaning staff. He then again told me he would call me back. Did he? No. I HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN to find out they had “not found it”. When I responded that it was in their hotel I was met with attitude. This on top of the fact that they charged $134 for a very old, outdated room is appalling. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Truly a very very displeasing stay.
