We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our family vacation. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was clean and we loved the breakfast. The lady who was there every morning deserves a raise. It was delicious and a great start to the day for the family. The kids especially loved the homemade waffle maker. Pool was a nice spot to go to cool down. We liked the central location to everything, including the waterslides next door.
This is a great hotel for ease of access and working with customers to meet their need. Roberta at the front desk is terrific and she above and beyond when I left my sweatshirt in the room. My only recommendations would be to have access to different pillows if the customer requires something firmer - and really look at moving the breakfast room to the main floor
We stayed in a single king room with our dog for one night while travelling from Washington state to Calgary. The service from the front desk staff was great - they were very friendly. However the room was a bit dirty - there was lots of dust on the floor behind the chair and some dirt/crumbs on the floor by the bed. There was a stain on the seat of the chair. The location is ok but it backs onto the train tracks which can be a bit noisy. The price was quite high - $250 a night.
The lady at the front desk working July 21st was an absolute gem. She helped us out and was so accommodating after we had to switch hotels due to our previous booking at another hotel being unliveable. The lovely woman working the breakfast room was so kind and welcoming. The GM was who checked as out and he was lovely as well. Staff was amazing. And made up for our issues at the first hotel we went to. Will be returning!
The front staff were amazing. So accommodating, especially when storing our motorcycle bags while we went to the beach before leaving. The staff managing the breakfast was also great, giving us recommendations on where to go in Salmon Arm. Over all great place to stay.
