The doctors are great, but the reception staff don't tell you if your appointment is in person or on the phone. Normally I'd assume that it's in person so when I walked in, the receptionist gave me a look and straight up told me that they don't do appointments inside the clinic. Make a point to tell clients that appointments are only over the phone so that they don't spend an hour walking in the heat for medical help. I just want to get better. I'm sick of being in constant pain and they made me feel awful for walking in.

Similar experience as another reviewer. The front desk admin lied to me, I walked into the clinic at 11:23a.m. and they told me walk-ins had been closed at 11:00a.m. I showed up the next day at 10:30a.m., and then they refused me they are not taking any new patients and the walk-ins are only for their current patients. Very sad and unfortunate way of running a local clinic.

Worst admin front desk staff. Lied to me. Told me on the phone walk-ins would be open until 11 am? Then, when I got there 5 min later, they told me walk-ins had been closed at 10:30 and tried to refuse me. I wish we had better options. Such a horrible experience since my family doc retired

Useless clinic! I had UTI infection and this was the only closest clinic on my way. I was in pain & had to use the bathroom and needed antibiotic prescription urgently. I Only requested for an urgent prescription, they said on my face that they are busy and can’t take a new patient . Ridiculous, I urgently needed UTI antibiotics and they didn’t seem to care!

I would say the doctor is really knowledgeable and helpful, however there is no difference between taking appointment and walk in. I had an appointment and I spent almost 2 hours to see the doctor. Really this clinic needs improvement.

I will start by saying that my doctor's here are awesome but I am extremely disappointed in the level of service that this clinic staff provides for its patients. Three separate generations of my family have been going to this clinic and it's been nothing but lackluster. Particularly so when it comes to obtaining a doctor's note especially one medically necessary for work. The first time I went to pay for a note that my doctor had given me the office staff hadn't bothered to tell me that you could only pay for it by cash. No signs anywhere either whereas any other doctor's office that I've been to I can pay for it through my debit no problem. Then on top of it all they're asking $30 for the doctor's note. I don't know who has an extra $30 kicking around in their wallet but that's a really funky one to pull out of a machine. They aren't allowed to take payments over the phone and aren't willing to make payment arrangements with their clients. If there's anything that this pandemic has taught me it's that not everybody has the same access to a doctor's appointment so being able to meet over the phone or take payment over the phone is of huge benefit to people that work long hours. I can tell you that when I asked for some assistance with this issue I was screwed off on multiple occasions. Granted I understand that it's not the clinic's responsibility to accommodate to me however it is a little bit frustrating when there are things that can be done about it and they just refuse to make it accessible to their clients. I would rather pay the doctors and the staff of a clinic that cared for the clients than I would continue funding the lives of people that can't preform basic professionalism.

Friendly staff, quick efficient and thorough service. The reception ladies were respectful and patient. The pharmacy techs were also friendly and quick. As an Indigenous Mother, I recommend this medical clinic.

Go see doc cause ear was clogged, he tells me it isnt and gives me a 50$ nose spray. Feeling doesn't go away so I see another doc. Guess what MY EAR WAS CLOGGED. Wasted time and money on someone too dumb to be a doctor.

Attempted on numerous times by telephone no one picked up - hours on website should be changed if not open quick to cancel or change appt but if you need to get a hold of very difficult

this location does not honour appointments, i was kept waiting for over an hour past scheduled appointment 3 separate times while walk ins were served instantly. also a doctor there just yells as their speaking voice and i could clearly hear the neighbouring patients private medical conversation through the wall, extremely uncomfortable and felt like a violation of their privacy. cant recommend, no matter how convenient, theres other doctors nearby
