DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service. I would have rated them a zero if possible. Inconsistent in their policies and poor customer relations. Save yourself the time and headache and support a company that will actually appreciate your business and support you in your recovery / well being!

I don't recommend this place came in here yesterday looking for a itb brace and all three look at me like I was stupid how doesn't anyone in this place know about itb syndrome. Nun of you guys know what you guys are doing.

They always have what I needed. Only once in 10 years did I have to to another location. Very friendly accommodating staff.

Phoned just before closing. C. was extremely pleasant and helpful and filled my order of compressed stockings on computer while we spoke. Gave helpful info. cheerfully. Only problem, not in stock, same as last time.
