We've been looking for a needle in a haystack and we found it at Platinum Fine Cars! Their used cars are in a much better condition compared to other car dealers in town. Also, Jacky went above and beyond for us! He ensured that the 2017 Nissan Armada is in perfect and safe condition. He is very honest and trusthworthy. This place is highly recommended and will definitely come back when we need another vehicle.

I say this with honesty. This is the best place in Edmonton to get a vehicle. The quality of service is so phenomenal and the guys who work here. The one guy and the other guy care about people. Compared to dealerships and expecting to be ripped off, you won't face that here. A lot of car dealers have a way of trying to lie to their customers to try to get money and sales but don't even value the customer and out of greed, it shows a nasty reflection of their character. Treat others as you'd like to be treated . Here at Platinum Fine Cars, they value the person. And you can buy vehicles here for cheaper. Far far cheaper. Some are expensive, but the quality of vehicles here are amazing. Highly recommended. Go here, save your money and know that you're in really great hands.

I recently bought a vehicle from here and would would do it again. The pricing was excellent, Jack and the other staff were very nice and customer service oriented. I tried 10 different places and this one was the only one that didn’t waste my time and they didn’t lie or hide anything.

I bought an SUV from Platinum Fine Cars last December and I was very impressed by the whole experience. Three months+ after the purchase, I discovered during a routine check that I needed to replace the back breaks as well as the front ball joint. I called their office, and to my amazement, they offered to fix all the issues. Now all the issues have been resolved and they have successfully demonstrated that their business is not just about making profit but that they are willing to go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the performance of my car and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
When I first came to take a look at a vehicle I was interested in, the sales person, Jacky, was very nice and friendly. I took the vehicle for a test drive and didn’t purchase anything right away. I was not bullied or pressured into buying. After a few days, I eventually went back and purchased the vehicle. They made sure the vehicle was clean and fixed before I came to pick it up. They fixed a rock chip on windshield for free, which was very nice. The sales person and manager were very friendly and honest. Overall, I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and if I’m needing another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be coming back here first. Thank you!
I just bought a car from this dealership, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. For one, I had the chance to see all the cars without hesitation, the test driving experience was great and Jacky Wong was very honest and upfront about anything that was asked. He even had the vehicle delivered at home. The most outstanding thing, however. When we brought the car home, it had some issues, so we brought it back--and Jacky immediately offered to take care of the issues, and he actually got everything fixed without hesitation or causing any troubles. He values the customer's satisfaction over his profit. I would absolutely suggest this dealership to anyone, the customer service is phenomenal and they really do care about customer satisfaction going above and beyond to make sure the buyer is happy.
