I had another great automotive experience with Albert. This was our fourth deal over the last ten years. He is always great to work with - responds to calls and texts promptly and is really pleasant to work with. He is very professional even tho now hes in manager position he will still go above and beyond to make sure we are token care of. Northstar Hyundai did an amazing job setting me up with a new Hyundai Venue. After looking into this car for over a year, Kyle McCarthy and Man Yun went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted in less than a day. It was an amazing experience overall. There was little to no bickering over fine details and they made sure to accommodate everything I needed. Kyle did a great job having everything arranged for me to drive away the same day I came to take a look at vehicles and offered multiple options to ensure we stayed as close to my price range as possible. Man made sure to go over the fine details on their warranty packages as well as the optional coverage for exterior damage which I highly recommend looking into. Kyle and Man we’re good at upholding conversation the entire time I was on site and definitely made me feel more than welcome. All in all I got to drive away in a brand new car that I’ve been dreaming about for over a year, and I definitely feel confident in going back to Northstar Hyundai for service in the future.

The staff at the Northstar location are amazing! They helped me with the entire process from my trade-in to my new purchase, which went flawlessly. The Hyundai team were professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with! I highly recommend that you visit with the sales team who will go out of their way to provide you options that suit your lifestyle. A big shout out to Hellen who went out of her way to ensure that I was happy and comfortable through it all! I would have to say this is the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Ryan, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable, informative and so friendly to us and my daughter. This had to be the best vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. The salesperson, Jason, was amazing and made sure we were getting what we wanted in a new vehicle. There was zero pressure. The finance person, Mike, was also fantastic and made the experience much easier. Great experience!

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, I went to two other Hyundai dealers before this one and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I went in with one I found online and unfortunately it wasn’t available but Chris K, our salesmen asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting shown exactly what I wanted and respected my budget. I didn’t get the Managers name but he would periodically check in to make sure I was happy with the process, I never once felt pressured. I also really enjoyed working with Michael C the finance manager, he really went above and beyond when getting me approved, shopping for the best rates and explaining everything. He was straightforward and gave honest advice, not trying to sell me on all the extra packages and add on’s that I wouldn’t need after learning more about my driving/lifestyle. Super easygoing to talk too. All around a great dealership, they gained a loyal customer today. So again, THANK YOU Northstar Hyundai! I’m so happy with my 2021 Santa Fe.

Very nice dealership. I was dealing with Jordan Tkachuk, a very pleasant and respectful sales person. Although we weren't able to make a deal on a particular used car I was shown, I felt I was treated fairly and with the utmost courtesy. I left my info with Jordan should a suitable vehicle within my budget become available. I would fully recommend doing business with Northstar Hyundai.
