COMPLAINT PROCESS

In the event of a complaint, please message us by utilizing the message tab located on our Facebook page or by emailing [email protected].

Please include your first and last name, invoice #, VIN #, contact info, best time and method to reach out to you, time, date of incident, location (service, sales, parts eta) which employees or management team member you dealt with, and any other details and documentation you deem relevant to your complaint.

Once we are in receipt of your email and/or message, it will be reviewed and submitted to the management team for further review and possible investigation.

Please note: While we do encourage public constructive criticism on our Facebook page- public venting, raging, or spamming various posts on our page with duplicate complaints may be deleted without notice.
