From the time i walked into the dealership to the time i left, the experience was actually completely respectful, engaging and enjoyable. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, the sales manager actually was personable, helpful and the finance manager was extremely helpful and explained everything to the tee. The entire experience from the start was really excellent from my first call to me leaving with a new truck was truly amazing, actually fun. There no pressure approach, knowledge and kindness is what sold me on not just the truck I wanted, but the dealership i wanted to deal with!

I bought a used Ram 1500 from Shiv. Very friendly young gentleman although he couldn’t convince me to buy a brand new TRX. Anyways truck was in good shape. Service dept. fixed a few minor details windshield wiper, tire balance & we were able to make a fair deal. Financing was smooth & almost effortless. Alexander was  professional friendly & super fast. Overall it was a very friendly experience.  No weird high pressure sales tactics. I did take note that I was missing two valve stem covers on passenger side after I took delivery. Oh well ya can’t win ‘‘em all.

Thank you Hundo for getting us into our new 2022 Pacifica - we are loving it compared to our old van. You made driving a minivan … dare I say fun? It’s a blast to drive in all honestly. I have to give props to Hundo and the dealership, they even let us “test drive” it to the dentist as we had an appointment in the middle of our deal and they wanted us to get a feel for it and avoid pulling our car seats out of it. Hundo was also great with my kids printing off colouring sheets, getting my daughter hot chocolates and letting them practically destroy his desk without even blinking. Even holding our baby while we got things from the old van we traded in to the new ones. Definitely family friendly dealership as we never felt unwelcome and quite the opposite. Hundo got all our wish list items checked off and while we did have to play with the numbers a little bit - we left happy and saved us so much time, effort and frustration with our old vehicle and into a van we are absolutely loving. Plus she is so pretty especially for a minivan, that black-on-black is sleek. Thanks again!

Great experience! Thanks to Hark, I was able to get into my dream car on reasonable deal. He was very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Sales man with integrity is hard to find. I recommend talking to Hark if your looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

If you’re in the market for a vehicle, talk to Deep in sales. Deep actually listened to my husband and I and gave us stellar service. By far the best sales person I’ve ever talked to. We were in and out of the dealership in our new to us truck in under 4 hours. I hate sitting in dealerships all day but that didn’t happen here. Deep, Taf and Will made sure we were well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back here if we need a new vehicle!

Tremendous experience purchasing our new Cherokee. Ezekiel was incredible to deal with. He was very understanding, thorough and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured and he made a point of checking in throughout the process to be 100% sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We went to just about every other dealership in the city and Southtown was by far the best in large part thanks to EZ.

Honestly, I was hesitant with buying a new car, but working with Daniel made the experience a lot easier. He was very upfront and helpful, and his honesty definitely made purchasing a vehicle from him a lot easier. I’ve dealt with a lot of salesmen, and he’s a cut above the rest!
