I had the most amazing experience buying a Range Rover with the salesman Mitch who was fully understanding and walked me through everything, and on top of that Deanna the finance manager was absolutely amazing. I'm honestly shocked how good of an experience I had with the service department on November 10, 2022! In the past, when I've dropped a car off at a dealer, I've honestly felt like bringing my business there is inconveniencing them. That was not the case when I dropped my 2018 Jaguar XF off yesterday for its 130,000 km service. Riley Laplante was my service advisor and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He said when I dropped it off that he'd call me around 2:00 to update me on where things were at. I got a call right around 2:00 from him giving me an update. He said that the car should be done around 4:00, but if I wasn't able to pick up today, he'd let me keep the loaner for another day and pick my car up the following day. Other dealer service departments I've dealt with, I've had to call them and ask where things are at. I then got another call around 4:00 from Riley saying that my car was ready to be picked up. When I came to pick up my car, he went over every line on the invoice and explained the work that was done. The service on a Jaguar is pretty expensive, so it's nice to feel like you're actually getting some value out of that service and Riley made me feel that it was worth every penny. Thanks for making that a fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back.

I use to work at a dealership as a sales guy. And the experience at this dealership was 110% just absolutely amazing! First off they were quick with the delivery of the vehicle. My sales man Nelson was great at showing me the car. Should definitely ask to speak with him! Deanna was my Finance Manager. She was absolutely amazing too! But what really stuck out to me was the whole experience when my car had a problem totally outside of the dealerships control. Something that they wouldn’t of been able to tell before hand. But I called them and there instant response was to drop it off and they would fix it as quick as they could. They took care of me and treated me like family. Would 100/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

Jaguar Land Rover Edmonton is a superb dealership. Currently on my second vehicle with them and the customer experience is always top notch. For my recent purchase of a Range Rover Velar, the sales manDustin went above and beyond to ensure I got a vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price point. He constantly followed up to ensure I was getting the best service. The finance team is also really amazing, Deanna was the finance rep I met with and she was simply exceptional. Overall, this dealership comes highly recommended.

Just purchased a 2020 Defender through Jaguar Land Rover Edmonton. The salesman Nelson went above and beyond our expectations for service and information. He was able to expedite a high definition, full walk around and overview video of the vehicle. Carfax and purchasing information was quick and effortless, and Troy had our approval and final details worked out within 24 hours. We purchased the vehicle online with a test drive clause to finalize when we arrived in Edmonton. The sales and finance team organized an appointment for purchase completion and pick up and were prompt and professional through out the whole experience. They took the time to walk us through the vehicle from front to back, inside and out, and answered all our questions with much confidence and enthusiasm. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing. We will certainly return to Jaguar Land Rover Edmonton for our future vehicle needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic purchasing experience.

I have never been treated so well at a dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle. I did not feel pressured, crowded or any sort of negative way while I was there. Nelson was the person who helped me and he was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, and personable. The whole experience was actually great and I feel my vehicle was a wonderful investment and that I will be taken care of whenever I go in. I've been consistently wow'd by the service I received here - from the first day I came in to look at vehicles and then even later on to get my vehicle serviced. Rafael was my salesperson and he was very kind, patient and very informative. I've been to many dealerships prior to this one and I was often treated a bit differently as a sole woman coming into purchase a vehicle. Rafael treated me very respectfully no dumbing down explanations of the vehicle and I appreciate that tremendously. Deanna, finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. She too was very patient and very precise with her work. She kept me in the loop once I was ready to purchase. Finally, the service staff Erik was very helpful and kept in touch with us on the servicing process. It's in the little details that you will see how this dealership truly values elevating the customer experience.

Riley is a super service rep, always upfront and honest about why things are done. He is a pleasure to deal with and always does his best to accommodate us on short notice, as we are from 4 hours North of Edmonton.
