Porsche Centre Edmonton

My experience with the GM Brad Muller was an absolute disaster and something Porsche Canada should take note of. Worst Porsche dealership I have ever dealt with for lack of communication. This based on dealing directly with the GM! I put a deposit down on a new GT vehicle and was very happy to wait for however many months it took to receive. Being out of Province I even went out of my way to stop by and visit them when I was in Edmonton, as I very much appreciated being on their allocation list. Once I was ready to trade my current Porsche in that was part of the deal and prior to the GT arriving...something they were always open to, Brad ghosted me. A General Manager...of a Porsche dealership...I have no words. That is how the leader of the Team operates, very telling. He never returned several of my calls, nor my emails simply asking for an explanation. Instead, I was told by someone else my deposit would be refunded. Incredible way to deal with a customer and not being open as to why they were ghosting me. Most likely they had a better offer, local client etc. that bumped me even though I was #2 on the list But could you not be professional enough to simply tell me that? One would think this level of service would not be found at any Porsche dealership. But I assure you Porsche Edmonton has it covered for you...in spades.

The team at Porsche Edmonton are amazing to deal with. Very helpful and genuine. I met a lot of staffs and all of them exceeds expectations. I met my sales person Ethan, Jack, Troy, Brad, Mike, Randy... Sorry I cannot even remember the last person who help me to sign documents but they are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I would like to say the new location and building is amazing, the professionalism of the staff and quality of service that you receive is top notch. We had some trouble with our 2022 Cayenne and they were able to take care of us right away. They diagnose the problems and found what was wrong and they were able to remove the failing component and installed the new one and then double checked everything for us and made sure our ride was nice and clean for us before we picked it back up. I have nothing but respect for this dealership as they never let us down. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for something special to enjoy.

I dealt with Joshua Couch for ordering my GT4 and took delivery a couple months ago, so all said and done for the process I spent close to a year dealing with this dealership. I’ve never bought a car from them before and yet I was treated above expectation throughout the process. i would also say Josh and his dealership were 100% honourable and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. My only regret is I wasted time dealing with another Porsche dealer before I came here thinking a bigger dealership would be better to deal with but surprisingly the opposite turned out to be true. Thank you, Josh and Porsche Edmonton, for making my dream happen.

You guys made me feel extremely comfortable with the purchase of my vehicle. I give you guys a 5 star on everything. Absolutely terrible service for a "luxury" establishment. I went in to look at a +$200,000 vehicle and I stood in the showroom for atleast 10 minutes AFTER having to go ask for help. I was the only person there... Then Randy Miyagishima tells me about a car I am not interested in. I asked him about the vehicle I was interested in and because they didn't have one in stock he ignores my request. Then he goes to get me a quote and comes back and just verbally lists off a bunch of numbers to me. This is what I left with...a business card doodles on the back. I will definitely be going to Calgary Porsche for my next vehicle purchase. It's terrible when a sales person makes random assumptions about a client.

I bought an used 2016 Infiniti from Porsche! Josh has helped me from the very beginning to the end of making this deal happen last week! Since I am living in Calgary and I had to make arrangements in advance to travel up to Edmonton to do test drive and take a look at the car, the process is a bit of complicated than normal, especially in such a holiday season! He made this process so easy and smooth and very responsive to my queries, was able to make his time fitting into my schedule. He also ensured that his mechanic team and detailing team finished the car inspection and detailing before I got there. He is a true professional with knowledge of the car and patience and properly addresses his customers' needs. I highly recommend this dealership in Edmonton. I believe car purchase is a big decision for every household to make and would suggest not only focusing on the local car market but also keeping an eye on nearby cities / towns.
