It's okay. They do not honor long term loyal members rates. Some new equipment, but mostly old. Some of the cable machines aren't smooth but most are. They take very long to repair Equipment. Staff is alright, but constantly changing. They had a draw at one point and you could only enter if you gave the gym a 5 star review. I only go here because it is among the better choices for a 24 hour gym with the amount of equipment they have. Other than that I would recommend a different gym.
FLEX FITNESS CLUB is AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! The manager I do recommend to talk about all details is LAYAN H she’s awesome and she have great knowledge and experience, I had problems with some payment and kinda some more issues in gym and she sorted out so nicely with great patience. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out FLEX FITNESS CLUB.
This place is amazing. Great staff and knowledgeable trainers. Especially Narender.. He is very informative and is always welcoming when he sees you at the club. He helped me with my shoulder pain. He is a great trainer. Would definitely recommend him. Overall the facility is amazing and makes you want to come back.
This is a great gym and the equipment is pretty good for my needs. The staff is also great, I have had one personal training session with Lovepreet and he was able to get me comfortable adjusting to the new gym and equipment. The only one critique i would have is to get hammer strength machines which my old gym has, but I can imagine that being a hard thing to get by.
This gym is equipped with enough no. Of machines. I don’t have to wait long for people to finish their workouts. So far i am enjoying working out here. Personal trainers are super helpful. I met Narender Singh, he helped me a lot. Kudos to the friendly team of this gym.
This is definitely one of the best gyms I have been to. They have a cleaner on site at all times and a private sauna in the women's section. The trainers and admin staff are all very welcoming and respectful, especially Bev at the front desk. She is always making sure we have everything we need for a great workout!
I’ve been going to flex fitness for a few years now and I have to say my time here has been positive. The value for your money can’t be beat. There’s a wide range of machines and and equipment to meet any fitness needs. The staff is also very friendly. I’ve been training with LOVEPREET and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get familiar with weight training or even an experienced lifter who’s looking for that extra push to not only achieve but exceed your fitness goals. He goes above and beyond keeping me on track. He makes a schedule, advises diet choices, and really pays attention to your movements during workouts in order to identify body specific issues that may be holding you back from progressing further!
Flex is a really nice and safe gym. they have a variety and quantity of different equipments. It is one of the best gyms i have been to. I came once to sign up, and the manager Layan helped me. She was really nice and sweet with me. She gave me a good deal for me and my friend!
Great Gym & Amazing environment. I have been training with Lovepreet at Flex Fitness from last two months and the sessions are really helpful. He is really great at what he does. He will listen to your concerns and then act accordingly. Really satisfied with outcome of my decision of having a personal trainer. I would totally recommend him to anyone who is new to gym or having hard time getting results!!
Gym has a good variety of exercise equipment. Friendly team especially Bev at the front, cheerful and attentive with her responses, and diligent with keeping the gym space organized. Dylan is also a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, enthusiastic and motivating with his training style.
