Place St-Bernard

Mediocre at best. We booked a room with two beds. When we go to check in at 4:pm, there is a long line up and only one clerk. She informs me that we got an "upgrade" to a suite that has a Murphy bed and a pull out. She tried to find another room but they were I've rbookes so I had to sleep on a lumpy pullout. I asked for %25 discount but they would only give 15 and I was out of options by that time. The elevator was broken. The kitchen in the suite was very bare. The paint and art on the walls was old and sad and even torn. These units are very dates and need a refresh badly as well as new pull out couches. I would not recommend staying here.

The people at the reception were very helpful and nice. I also like the warm and old-ish feeling when you enter the reception too. My room was clean but much smaller than I expected. Very convenient place if you want to ski or walk around the village as it's pretty much in the middle of everything. However, I don't know if it was only my room, but the walls are not soundproof at all. My room was close to the lockers, entrance and a restaurant kitchen, and I had to bear the constant sound of fans behind the walls and people in the lockers and entrance. I suggest you bring some earplugs to block sounds before trying to get a good night sleep, unless you don't mind the constant ventilation sounds that sometimes growls low or louder, or people speaking loudly outside. I also think things in the room might need to be more "updated". For example, since most of people need to charge their cellphone overnight, it might be more convenient to use lamps or/and digital clocks that have USB ports like many hotels in touristic areas. It's still a very cozy place. I had a good time nevertheless.

Very good hotel. When we first got there, there is a clear spot to park your car while you check in. We got to the lobby and were very properly greeted. Unfortunately the room we were checked in had a dead battery in the door card. Therefore we could't access our room. We were swiftly upgraded! The room was amazing! The hotel is close to everything and you get access to the public pool which is also amazing. Excellent stay! Highly recommend!

we were a group of six adults and a toddler who stayed in October in a very nice condo suite with three bedrooms. The location was good right in the resort;however, the soundproofing was really bad. We were able to hear the music from our bedroom and I mean really loud music I could sing the lyrics of each song until 3 am. It is too bad because the checkout time is 11 am. I told the staff about the situation but their response was that it was to be expected on Saturday night! Not very helpful. I would think again before spending a night there especially on a Saturday night ...never again

A group of 4 of us attending a conference at Tremblant had a great stay at Place St-Bernard. We rented the Deslauriers 2 bedroom loft which had plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. Right in the heart of Tremblant village and a short walk to ski lifts. Great value, great time.
