Had a great time here, as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms were a little bit dated, but it wasn't so bad. It had a very nice homey feel to it. Our room had a well stocked kitchenette and the room was very clean. The fireplace was also a beautiful touch. Our room had a nice view of the walkway below and the staff were amazing. They swiftly dealt with the noisy family down the hallway that had kids running up and down the place with ease and professionalism. The location of the hotel is also great since it is withing walking distance of the ski lifts! I look forward to coming back here again some time!

Excellent location for ski in ski out. Had a room with a loft very clean and spacious. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped by having a pair of scissors or a fruit peeler. In order to work the fire place you need to buy synthetic wood from the hotel which is not a major problem since the cost is 6 Canadian dollars. Step out and you are in the center of the pedestrian Village which is filled with stores and restaurants. Overall a very good hotel and a very pleasant stay.

The hotel doesn’t have parking for any truck. Unfortunately we have to park 10 minutes walk distance away. Tried to negotiate with the front desk to see if we can cancel the room and may be book somewhere else with a closer parking. Was told the hotel has nothing to do with that and cannot cancel the room just because the hotel doesn’t have parking. Even I politely explained I have a two years old and humbly asked if the hotel could make some adjustment. I understand the hotel has it’s policy and may have difficulty in parking space. However, I was not happy with the fact that a four-star hotel like Hilton couldn’t provide a parking for their clients who are willing to pay. We drove almost eight hours from Niagara Falls to Mont Tremblant. We chose to drive a truck because it is more comfortable for us and my little one. However, the lady at front desk made it sounds like it’s all our fault to drive a big truck for a road trip so don’t blame the hotel. And she also told us it was our responsiblity to check and make sure the heights of valid vehicle for parking before we book the room and NEVER ASSUME the hotel will be able to provide the parking. With today’s experience, I think I need to DO MORE HOMEWORK and BE MORE RESPONSIBLE in the future. (Very frustrating Hilton Member)

The rooms are spacious and have a working fireplace which is a nice touch. The shower isn't great but that's the only issue we found. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with such good access to the pistes, especially with the first tracks pass they include.

Nice suite. Unbelievably close to the mountain. Unfortunately our bath tub would not drain properly. Otherwise great stay
