AMAZING customer service. We booked the Gold room months prior to our visit. When we arrived, we were told the Gold floor was closed (we didn't see the email they had sent) so they compensated by giving us a beautiful corner room with a view, free breakfast at the restaurant and a credit towards purchases at the hotel. They also had someone bring us up cold water bottles (all the little things count). After we paid for valet parking, we realised we forgot something in the car so we called the front desk and they had us describe the item and they sent someone to the car to get it and bring it to our rooms within ten minutes. We will definitely stay here again :)

Staff are friendly. Rooms and suites are great spacious. Location is tremendous. Outdoor pool in the Winter unique. One star off because the lobby is less family friendly after the new design: children can no longer enjoy the fireplace because the bar now surrounds it AND the restaurants opens at 6pm for dinner which is not as kid-friendly.

The Fairmont Tremblant Hotel is excellent. Its about 1.5 hour drive from Montreal Airport. The front desk staff were very friendly. The valets were very attentive. The housekeeping was always top notch everyday, I would recommend without hesitation if you want to be assured of a great stay at a exceptional hotel in Tremblant. We came in from the US.

Great place on the mountain, fantastic service, friendly staff that go above & beyond to fulfill your requests. Great amenities (indoor/outdoor pools (heated), spa, gym, game room, kitchenette in suite, pet friendly). Within walking distance of the ski hill. Really great place to stay.

Ski in ski out hotel on the slope of Mont Tremblant. The amenities of this hotel are great for those wanting to ski and relax. Ski valet takes care of the skis so you don't lug them up to your room. The standard room is large enough for everyone and the equipment (boots, helmets, and poles). Après ski in the hot outdoor pool, cold pool, and sauna relaxes you before going to dinner.
