Le Westin Resort & Spa, Tremblant, Quebec

Great location very close to the slopes. They have a ski locker with a door that basically backs onto the slopes. Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. The room I was in had a fireplace. Staff were very helpful. They even pointed out the free parking nearby. Valet/concierge was very helpful pointing out things to check out nearby.

Great place to stay in the Tremblant resort! Love the staff; they are always helpful. Love the heated outdoor pool & spa. Great for skiing; has ski lockers and an exit on 3rd floor for access to skiing. Room are big with kitchens! Lots of activities all year, I've been with my wife and kids in the spring and autumn. We always find lots of great outdoor activities.

Make sure when you stay at the Westin you pay with your credit card. My girlfriend and I got double charged because we paid cash at checkout. Later on that day we noticed that her credit card got charged as well. We contacted the hotel and have been fighting with them for almost a month now. They told us there was no proof that we paid cash. On the receipt it doesn't say paid cash or credit it just says paid. I asked them when they did their cash out that day if they were negative or positive or balanced they said they were balanced. I think what happened was when we paid cash the woman at the front desk pocketed the money, or the hotel scammed us. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend them.

We've spent two winter vacation at Le Westin Mont Tremblant and love it here. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The concierge here is what earns them the five stars - always there to help out, give suggestions and ensure your stay in enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next winter.

Spacious rooms with a hidden kitchenette and beautiful fireplace with a balcony. Super convenient location for skiing with ski lockers available at no charge and walkout to the ski lifts. Great place to stay and very friendly service.
