Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant

Location is very convenient. However, service is not very accommodating. Elevator was broken when we checked in, linens and towels did not smell clean, and our bathroom sink/toilet was not working properly upon arrival. Front desk was very rude and not very accommodating when we brought up this issue. After calling reception and essentially being told "oh well we'll deal with it in the morning", we had to visit the front desk and fight to get someone to fix it for us. Outside of our troubles, the facilities are nice and location is great. Overall, there are better places to stay in Tremblant.

Large spacious suite. Decent kitchen with all you need to cook. Rooms cleaned daily. Decent hot tub. Gym poor just a tread mill , bike and stepper. Not a give choice at breakfast but good food and plenty. Would stay again

Great location at the base of the mountain. Within walking distance of everything, even the free casino shuttle is 10 feet from the front door. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good, it had eggs, omelettes, sausages, bacon, bread area, pancake maker, muffin area, juices, cereals, fruits etc.. It was pricey compared to other high end hotels in less tourist destinations. Inside parking was very tight and seemed very old and was not a good introduction to our stay. The hallways seemed old and motel like, smelled mouldy and rundown. The rooms where very different though, full kitchen, small dinning table, cozy gaz fireplace, pull out sofa, excellent view of the slopes, great bed and large bathroom. All in all, a pleasant stay and would recommend even though the parking and halls were a real bummer the rooms were great.

I was here for good Friday weekend. The staff is very cordial, the continental breakfast was alright, bedroom is spacious with very comfortable bed and pillows. But the washroom wasn't as clean as you expect.

First room had crazy cigarette smoke. Second room kept getting flooded with pot smoke through the vent in the bathroom. Staff was nice but visit was affected. Too bad cuz the room itself was lovely.
