Le Chef et sa brigade proposent une expérience culinaire recherchée dans un environnement confortable et chaleureux. Une cuisine régionale d’inspiration nordique actuelle avec de solides bases de cuisine française. Deux salles privées, Aube et Crépuscule, sont disponibles, près des fenêtres, dans la salle à manger principale.
