Super warm and cozy decor and atmosphere. Parking is an extra, and while I understand all hotels in the area do the same, it’s ridiculous to pay for it. (You’re in the middle of the country, how are you supposed to arrive by bus? By subway? It’s expected everyone is driving there. You’re paying to lodge there. You should have a place to store your vehicle without extra fees. )But again, it’s the norm at Tremblant. Clean. Complimentary breakfast is nice. We had a nice room with a view of lake/mountains. Great time.

Great hotel. Very nice and very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good enough and the location was convenient. However, like most things in Tremblant, pretty expensive.

First of all the complimentary breakfast is garbage, all they serve is hard boiled eggs and sliced ham as a protein and the rest is just cereal and bread. Second, the organization skills of the management team is absolute trash. We booked our room 4 months in advance but they still managed to screw that up. We had to move rooms after the first day because of "over booking" which happened in the middle of ski day after being told that we didn't have to move rooms until after 4pm and on top of that, our room wasn't even ready so a couple of us had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours wasting our time on the hill. Finally, when we are all there and still waiting for our room the front desk lady treats us like children (we are all 23 and older) and keeps acting like we need to treat her with more respect (none of us have called her names or been heavily rude to her at all). "We are the god dam guests and we paid money to be here we should be treated better then you." (Is what I wanted to say but again, I wasn't being rude). Of course we are going to be upset with this and a little outraged and I get she wasn't the manager but she needs to be more thoughtful of how we feel after paying more then a grand each to be there instead of treating us like trash. Not to mention she did not want to get ahold of her manager which is bs. Absolute trash establishment and would never stay there again for a vacation.

A stylish, spacious and inviting place to stay but our room slightly smelled of wet dog. The tasty continental breakfast was included. Keep in mind the gondola ride is not included in the summer. Our expensive bicycles were not accepted in the rooms so the staff offered a locker room that could be accessed by all guests. One day when we got back, that door was propped open with a rock without supervision. Later that day, I got injured and the receptionnist didn't have a big enough bandage for my injury so she nonchalantly told me to go to the convince store. The same lady later that night locked us in the hot tub era. It was funny but we were freezing. Over all, it was a nice stay and I would love to stay there again.

Nice affordable hotel on the edge of the tremblant village. Its location at the bottom of the hill makes using the cabriolet convenient. The pool is smaller, the hot tub is page but not too hot so it is kid friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The room we used was a 1 bedroom suite which was good sized. Only complaint was the AC unit did not work at first and was noisey though I am a very light sleeper.
