Make sure to order your meds online because the wait is very long on any day or time. I came and paid my meds in advance (as they were out of stock!?) and still had to wait up to 15 minutes when I came back to pick them up. I stood at the ‘phone order” counter as they were processing the 3 folks at the other counter. I was the only ‘phone order’ customer. Not efficient!

Jean Coutu with a post office. Never had any issues with service. Although the older guy that has been here for a while acts as if he wishes he were employed elsewhere

Ive been a shopper at this store for many years. The service has deteriorated unfortunately. The number one person to blame here is the manager. He does not train his staff very well. Cashiers don't know how to greet or say thanks. If items are missing, staffs will not bother to check availability. So unprofessional.
