Pharmaprix

February 18, 2017 - 5:30pm 3781 Boulevard des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B I was at this location doing some shopping and picked up a Doves Men Shampoo 750ml on special from $11.99 to $5.99. Going to the cash with my other things I wanted to purchase, the cashier, an older lady in her 50's, black hair and glasses with a tattoo on her left arm scans the shampoo and which rings up $11.99, I tell her that it's on special and rudely says, "Show me, impossible!" I walk her to the isle and point out the special, she proceeds to rip off the special card and says, "Sorry, does not apply, too bad! Do you want it or not?" I say no, pay for my other things and leave. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I wasn't dressed appropriately? I was heading to Buzzfit across the street right after. I've had this situation happen to me once at Uniprix and they honored what was there. Her attitude was disgusting to say the least and I will take this to the head office. I was going to switch over my prescriptions there along with my families as we just moved to the West Island from Ville Saint Laurent. I will be purchasing my Stelara and Humira from elsewhere. One of the cosmetic ladies is very informed with all the different products. Took her time to help me choose the right products. This rarely happens especially in drug stores.

Rude pharmacist who lied and said they didn't take or exchange needle containers, even though my old pharmaprix did.Wouldn't return to this pharmaprix unless I had to! Went to another Pharmaprix (one at Sources and Pierrefonds, very nice pharmacist, btw), and they had no problem taking the container and giving me a new one!
