Uniprix Zakrzewski-Jakubiak et Melki - Pharmacie affiliée

I am very easy custmer, never picky, never complaning. But when I went to shop at Uniprix and got bullied by store manager and cashier. I could not hide my tears and could not believe this is happening to me. This is not acceptable Kevin and Hana! Maybe you should be more customer oriented in your roles and at least try to help instead of being rude and careless. Very frustrating customer experience. Price tags were mixed. Had to ask to check prices. They were annoyed by my request, came back to say that it's original price. I tried to explain that the tag shows different price and it's misleading. Instead of trying to find a solition, I was confronted with with disrespectful look and rude "that's the price". I was just shocked and speachless... back at home found Uniprix flyer: I was right, it should be 30% less!! Choose another store if you're looking for nice and welcoming staff who would be willing to help you.

Bring cash if you need to grab a gift card, credit cards not accepted...
