I stopped by Thursday morning to open a file and drop off a prescription. There were 3 technicians and the owner Marco in the pharmacy. One girl was possibly making the McKesson order (but clearly too busy to serve me) the owner was chatting with another employee, and the other two technicians were on the phone and at the cash. Why didn't the pharmacist or the other technician serve me? Bad service. I patiently waited for 5 minutes because I have worked in pharmacy for 10 years, so a part of me sympathized. However, me standing there like a fool is bad customer service... Which, is what every pharmacy should strive for. Good thing there are hundreds of other pharmacies to choose from.

Worst experience ever at the pharmacy there. The tech wouldn't serve me because I was on my phone but I was leaning on the sign that said no phone and gave me tons of attitude when I finally asked what the hold up was. I asked to speak with the pharmacist just to say that her rudeness was uncalled for and he was even more rude. This place will not get my business again.

My girlfriend went in to talk to the Pharmacist to ask if there was anything she could do about her UTI (that had blood already running in her urine sorry for details) until she saw a doctor the next day since she was on her way to work. The pharmacist asked her if she wasn't sure that it was just her period and some cramps.... What incompetent f*cks
