Been going to this location for over 20 years and honestly it’s my bad and I only go there out of convenience because it is right next door to me but the service is so terrible at the pharmacy not the store itself and on top of it they have made so many errors over the years in dispensing mine and my families prescriptions and in giving wrong pharmaceutical advice that I should report them to the ordre des pharmaciens. I literally had had to have them correct my dispensed medications several times due to errors. I’ve been quiet about it but it’s just getting ridiculous.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I just had heart surgery and there was a change in my prescriptions. I dropped off my prescription at night and then tried to have it delivered the next day. The pharmacist called and asked me for my insurance information. I called back with the information and was put on hold and then he hung up. I called back to see what happened and he said that he didn’t even check my insurance since it cannot be done over the phone so why did the pharmacist asked me to provide it. I asked to speak with the the pharmacist who was less than apologetic. I decided to shop there just so I could get home in time to put my daughter to bed. After seven years of mistakes, bad/rude service I can no longer justify shopping there simply for the proximity to my home! No wonder the rating for this place is so low yet they have done little to improve.

I was looking at nail polish at cosmetics and was taking my time. After a long time of me trying to choose a colour I am super indecisive the cosmetics lady stood next to me and my husband, not saying a word, not even offering help, not even greeting us. This made me feel like I was being targeted and watched by this lady. When my husband and I wanted to go look for other items in the store, she told us to bring the items I chose to the cosmetics counter to pay them there. Is that an unwritten rule? Feeling cornered and rushed, even if she said “take your time”, I just paid for my items and got out of the store. I don’t understand why she just looked at us with no greeting, but I know that’s not how I want my experience to be at any store I am at. Do better.

The pharmacy in this Jean Coutu is worst! If I could give them -10 stars I would. The lack of professionalism is incredible. And what’s with the attitude problem !? Why so you guys hire miserable people to work for you! Whether you order a prescription online or in store, regardless you will wait a lifetime before getting it. And to the pharmacist who leaves from what she is suppose to be doing and come to the cash girl to argue, is the best! Stop waisting time girl and do your job! No one comes to the pharmacy for fun! The least the staff can do is be kind and respectful to customers!

Two weeks ago I received a call from the pharmacy saying that my credit card didn't work. Went to the store and number was checked 3 or 4 times, entered manually by the cashier and nothing worked until I put the card in the key pad. All good. Today, two weeks later I get another call with the same problem. Go again and it was checked again but still not working. So I passed it on the key pad again without problems. The nice young man asked to check it again with their records. Low and behold there was a mistake, which was overlooked at least 5 times. Now it's fixed and should work.nHow hard is it to double and triple check for accuracy. Hopefully they don't do that on our prescriptions.
