Some past reviews have already spoken for me. but i like to add my experience. They keep changing the pharmacy staff. This is my last time visiting this place today. It is really frustrating to deal with pharmacist counter. They humiliate the customers, argue, waste their time by making mistakes and let them wait while talking to each other. Additionally, they refused me to pay the medication at pharmacist's counter which i got after pharmacist consultation just next window while there was no other customer at that counter. Wow It took an hour to get 5 mins of pharmacist consultation and medication. I am transferring my file to another pharmacy for my self-respect and to save my precious time. The short height girl at pharmacy counter has an attitude and is quite rude to deal with. The only exception is the main cash counter and the old guy in pharmacy which was not around today.

The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and kind hearted person. As a customer i always get a great service. You have to respect others to be respected.

I recently switched here after getting fed up at another pharmacy and my only regret is that I did not do so sooner. My prescriptions are always ready very quickly, I don’t even need to sit down to wait, the staff I have encountered have all been pleasant, polite and helpful and they always have the medication I need in stock.

I have never had such a stressful experience than at this pharmacy counter. The male pharmacists have no compassion or care. There is one in particular named Rafatt or something close to this who is so rude. I went in to get anti anxiety medication and he just made me so upset by his argumentative tone. I am sitting in my car in the parking waiting until I stop shaking before driving home. He obviously doesn’t know how to treat patients with such an attitude. And the other one at the counter wasn’t much better telling me that no one is holding me there and that I can move my prescriptions elsewhere.

All the staff are always helpful and they actually care about you and your health. They will take the time to answer any of your questions and explain your medication. I have never encountered a better group of Pharmacists. You are never just a number.

Please be careful when filling your prescriptions at this pharmacy. I’ve had nothing but consistent errors with my medications. When asking the owner/ pharmacist for clarification on why there’s always a mistake- he suggested to take my business elsewhere. Happily bringing my business to a kinder, more careful pharmacy that is putting their customer’s health first. Please check your medication before leaving the store to avoid a fatal error. **Thank you for responding, however you or your partner owner suggested with pleasure I should terminate my business with you. Perhaps a conversation with your partner is needed, he essentially told me to take my business elsewhere after not providing me enough medication for the time I requested.**

I had a really good experience today with pharmacist Julia. She was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Julia provided helpful advice and I never once felt rushed.

Newer place, bright and well lit. prices vary here, and runs out of specials at times. newer, large style uniprix, but keeps filling aisles with stuff. specials can be hard to find. staff at med counter are usually very nice and helpful. cashiers vary a lot. no phone or fido cards here.

Small pharmacy with very nice people. Good specials and excellent fast service. Much better than those big places where we are just a number. Very helpful staff ! I have larger pharmacies closer to my house but I prefer to go there for the friendly service.

Please don't remove my review again, people need to know... I took passport pictures here, the studio is in the lunch room of the employeesreally???... Pictures got refused by Passport Canada due to shadows behind the head. I had no other choise but to take pictures at another place close to the passport service. Later I went back to the same Uniprix and explained the situation. They did not refund the money and they were rude. I would not reccomend this place for passport pictures, it is a waste of time and money.
