I went there yesterday but was treated rudely by the young girl working the front desk. Customer service shouldn't have this kind of mentality. It doesn't cost anything to smile and extend a friendly greeting to a customer if you are at the front. And provide the proper level of customer service expertise. Customers are not being drawn to your establishment by this type of employees; rather, they are being driven away and will never return. And for you, "Anne or Ann," simply a kind reminder that being good to others won't hurt your ego.
This order was poorly executed. They screwed up the delivery. Took 70 minutes. The pizza was cold so I brought it back. Talked to them them about service and customer expectations and waited for my new hot food. They tried to pull one over on us. Don't let restaurants do that to you. Force them to serve you quality food with exceptional service if they want your business. There are a lot of options to poor service and suspicious business practices. Best part! He got it. He realized he made a mistake. He seemed to genuinely care but he only had that chance because I gave him a option to fix it. Many people would just accept the poor quality or complain in Facebook. It better to give them a chance to learn.
Not happy with today's delivery. I placed an order and about 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time the order still said confirmed. Called the store and they said the driver had already returned. The driver left the order on the porch. Didn't ring the bell, or knock on the door or anything. So the pizza sat for like 25 minutes in the cold. It was a soggy mess from the cold porch and the condensation of the formerly hot pizza. The biggest negative was the response from the store when I called. Not apologetic at all and basically an "oh well" attitude. I order there frequently but probably won't again.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! I wouldn't even give this location any starts. Worst customer service by the manager Ann. Ordered pizza at 5pm..no one showed up. Called location at 640 and spoke with staff wanting an update who said yea it's on its way..as anyone in this situation..i told them im not paying for my late pizza. They expected me to pay half..when I told them I'm not paying for my pizza that was to be here hours ago..they had the audacity to cancel my order. I called back and spoke with Ann the "manager" who was not one bit understanding.. when I said my kids have been hungry and waiting for dinner she said that's not relevant as she has no kids and does not understand what a mother is feeling at this time. Pathetic and very disrespectful
Don’t even bother ordering from this place. The wings have been good for the price you pay but 1/2 the time you don’t even get what you order. Get some actual people in there to do the job. Waste of time and money. Current order. Receipt on bag says on onion rings. I got a box full of soggy fries…. And the dips I asked for never came. Will never order from you again. Just a waste of time and money.
This place is amazing. It is so sad that more and more people are ordering and stay home when this place offer an amazing home. Our favorite is the dinning room, very clean, real china and cuttlery. The staff is paying attention to you. I am from europe and i feel like home. People get out of your house, your are not attach of your stove any way, so then just come here you will not regret. I love they have NO MUSIC of this generation or other, where they speak bad words and nonsense sentences with no life. Washroom so clean. Wow. This is my place, i came here very often. Pizza is as delicious as italy, and is all sizes for all stomachs. Everyone, come and live and enjoy in the reality of a fresh life , bring joy. And even you can take a challenge, walk to here is gorgeous and then enjoy a restaurant of 5 stars experience , without losing your paycheck and arm and a leg, and is cozy, and quiet. And i come here with all my kids, of all ages including youngest. Homeschoolers or mothers who need to teach their kids etiquette and table manners, come in this home, and is perfect place to teach all ages, socialize, table manners, etiquette. Even the lost art of talking, send kids to use with staff speaking art,, good after noon sir,, . Please and thank you.
What a disappointment. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived when it said it would be ready, and then stood at the counter for six minutes before someone emerged from the back. Cold, with almost no sauce, and a lack of any amount of cheese, this pizza will hit the green bin in record time.
They always over cook the pizza I've gotten numerous credits given for wrong items or bad food. but then I use those and it gets wrecked again and again. Pizza hut is great in other cities I have been to. But this location is awfulFood: 1/5
Pizza was alright but a little greasy. Service included one waiter who was also the cashier and cook. Good prices.
Great customer service, a busy night for them turned into a mix up and staff did great fixing the problem instantly!! Thanks so much for fixing so quickly!!!Food: 4/5
