We decided to go on New Year Eve and they were very busy. There was two of us dining and we ordered the Lasagna which tasted very good but my opinion they could have had a little more sauce. We also ordered the NY Steak which was cooked exactly as ordered. Caitlin our server was excellent.
Our server Alexandra A++. Smiles and great with the kids... Place was super clean. Their Robot helper was super rad!! The nachos was very very lack luster. Not what I normally expect from BP'S. Less meat on them then a small Wendy's burger... I didn't find it layered very nice out the the edges either... The tropical chicken pizza was as always an extreme pleasure and didn't disappoint at all... Reason for 3 start:. I asked for no olives on .y nachos and there were still a few random ones floating in there, bit disappointing, and the nachos being sub par. Otherwise good time!! And yes would go back to this location
Food was good, decent price, service good, robot was cool. Kids card was a good deal. Fries were spicy tho. My kids didn't like them.
Not sure what's worse, the grumpy manager who made it seem like I was bothering her by picking up my to go order or the brutal wings that I got. They weren't busy, you could tell since there was only one vehicle blocking the road, instead of in a parking stall. The female manager made me wait for 5 minutes, standing in front of her staring in disbelief, before she was able to help me out. No thanks for your order or have a great night. Just silent service. Got home and the wings were just brutal. I would have been better off stopping at superstore and getting wings there instead! I cant believe that there's more sauce at the bottom of the box than on my wings! My honey garlic were soggy and only came with 7 wings lol. Don't worry manager, you won't be bothered by me again!
I went to pick up a replacement order for two cheeseburgers and fries. After waiting for the employee to finish her smoke I was giving my cold meals to go. I myself almost puked with my first bite of the burger-my friend did. Just because of the taste of the rotting and sour taste the meet has. I called to complain and I wasn’t even offered a refund or replacement. I have both burgers still in my possession and I will be handing them over to the right authorities
Ordered delivery.. I think the cactus cut potatoes completely missed the fryer or the oil was bone cold. All absolutely raw and limp potatoes, don't think they even got warmed up. For how expensive they are it is just painful at how little effort went into them.. most were just stuck together in a cold clump. Blech.
We picked here for lunch as it was on our way to the airport a few miles away. Yes I do miles as I am from the states. A bright and colorful interior set you in a good mood. Prompt table service and a friendly staff. Delivery of order was a bit slow but as we had enough time it didn't factor. We both ordered different items, me the chicken sandwich and my girlfriend a wrap. Both were enjoyable. We will stop again and next time try a pizza.
We took our homeschooling group for a field trip here. All the staff was amazing. The kids loved the experience and the pizzas they got to make.Food: 4/5
Stopped here for dinner at 7pm on a weeknight with kids. Kids meals were served nice and quick but the adult pizza and wings weren't served until well after the kids were done. Very nice servers but due to everything taking so long I don't think I'd go back with the kids as they got very bored.
The evening started well with a courteous hostess but took a sharp dive after that. It took twenty minutes before we first saw our server, luckily we had all that time to decide on drinks, and dinner so we only had to be graced by her presence the one time, but unfortunately she didn’t manage to get all the drinks correct but didn’t come back at all. We required utensils and plates to eat our dinner and I had to go and find her since she hadn’t been back since delivering our drinks to the table even though she mentioned that she was going to bring some.
