Papa John's Pizza

Terrible quality. After ordering from Papa John’s for years, this Airdrie location fall short. Terrible quality and not enough toppings. It seems to me as if they were not following the franchise recipes.

Ordered tonight, garlic knots, Pepperoni bites and garlic parm wings. The garlic knots have changed, they used be garlic cheese knots that you could pull apart and were absolutely delicious, the ones that we ended up getting when It was delivered were basically hard lumps of plain pizza dough in a tray of garlic butter. The wings would have been good however I don't know what they did to them, the bones were so brittle that they were breaking into little pieces as we were trying to eat them and we ended up with bone shards in our mouths and couldn't even eat them.

Food is nice. But they make you wait a lot. If you order and go there after waiting for 30 minutes Still you end up waiting for long. Jalapeño poppers are amazing.Food: 4/5

Always hot and fresh. Love care and attention is put into every pizza. If so etching is ever wrong, they do everything they can to make it right. Might be a big box / pizza franchise however it's our go to to feed the fam.

Ordered cheese pizza on Jan 11th, giving my contact information to contact me upon arrival. The delivery guy, whoever it was, neither never called me nor buzzed the doorbell, so I discovered a cold @ss pizza on my porch. They didn't even care to buzz the doorbell!!!! Awful service!Food: 2/5

Ordered papa John's recently. This site is very busy. Pizza was hot and tasted great. Sauce is a little sweet and people were coming and going like crazy. Lots of topping options and pizza sizes and the staff is very friendly, courteous and quick to get your food to you quickly.Food: 5/5

Literally the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. Crust is like soggy cardboard. Arrived cold. No flavour. This pizza cost me $35 with delivery and tip

Got my order wrong and hanged up repeatedly when I tried to call in about the misorder. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointed. Ordered a 14inch pepperoni stuffed crust with extra cheese got only cheese. Edit solved the issue with communication

Placed on order on a Friday evening, fully expecting the place to be busy. To my surprise the order confirmation said “15 min”. Checked the app a while later and order was ready for pickup. Got there, the place is full of agitated people waiting for their orders. Mine was obviously not ready either, was told 10 minutes. Came back, still not ready told another 10-15min. Still not ready. Another 5 minutes go by and the order is finally ready. Yet the girl behind the counter did not have the customer service skills to at least wave at me to tell me the order is ready while I’m waiting outside the whole time. NEVER going here again, you guys need to value your customers more. Customer service is dead nowadays

I called for pick up and one of employee told me onnphone, pizza will be ready in 25 minutes. Soon I reach after 25 minutes, he forgot . I understand it's happen sometimes but rather then accept his mistakes. He lied. I didn't even call. I was going to cancel but my kid want pizza so I told him whatever please make it. Second- it was veggy pizza and quality was down. Pizza was not even cook good. Will never go back
