I placed an order right now, it was pizza and curly fries with sauces. The pizza has so much sauce that we can all taste is sauce, they put very light cheese on the pizza as well. I called right away and ask for credit, the CSR Vijay declined to give us credit and said to send replacement. I don’t wanted replacement as I came from work and was really hungry and can’t wait another 30/40 minutes. They said it could me longer than 40 minutes too depending on availability of driver. When I said to give me credit for next time, they offer me $11 credit. My order was $32.97 and I don’t wanted the full credit but I asked to give me credit of large pizza at least, they denied and hung up on me.  If you can give me a credit of my large pizza I will really appreciate it or else I can take my business somewhere else.

Lovely branch. We ordered wings and poppers and they were as delicious as any other i’ve tried in Calgary.

I did an order today and the delivery was out of delivery time  by 12 minutes and when I called the customer service they said you will get compensation of $10 on the next order. My point is if a customer is not happy will he order again just to get the compensation? The employee SAM employee if 11 says that is company policy. This is not a good way to keep the customer happy...

This is the second time we have stopped at this location. The service is great, food was hot and it’s still the best pizza 73 location we been to. Thanks again

I ordered a pizza at work in NW Calgary and it was awesome! Ordered the same pizza from you and it had virtually no toppings on it! Cheap out like that and you'll keep losing customers. I won't be ordering from you again. Too disappointing!

This doesn't qualify as pizza anymore in my opinion. I've been ordering from the same place for 8+ years. It's been a slow and steady decline of the amount of toppings. Now it's despicable. Compare a donair from Shwarma Palace to a medium donair pizza from Pizza 73; one donair could provide toppings for at least a DOZEN medium donair pizzas from Pizza 73 plus a tiny amount of cheese. Half the pizza just had a paper thin layer of cheese with no toppings, and some had nothing... Just call it what it is: pizza bread.

We had it for the first time on request of a friend.Sorry to say the pizza was not at all up to the mark.The taste was extremely bland and sad.Dominos is way better then this.Will never recommend it to anyone.Not worth the money !!

Best pizza I've had in a long time and I love the variety of wings! The crust is amazing, it is just the right amount of crispy and fluffy. The price is great too.  I switched to Pizza 73 from Domino's and I'm so glad that I did. Now if you guys would get pasta options, I'd be even happier!

I ordered from here today and was very disappointed. I've ordered in the past and it's been sub-par but today was terrible. We ordered 3 pizzas and there was barely any toppings or cheese on any of the pizzas. When I say there was barely any cheese you could see the sauce at the bottom for most of the pizza. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. When we lived in Calgary we used to order from the saddle town pizza 73 all the time and never had issues.

Their plant based chicken sandwich had cheese on it, and pretty sure was smothered in buttery hot sauce. Pizza Pizza plant based sandwiches are better, there just aren’t any around.
