The food price is very reasonable. We come here from Calgary almost every Thursday for their steak night. It's $10 each + price for drinks so we pay $13 for the meal with the pop and the taste is actually great for its price. The service is always good too! They have a really good daily specials so check out the back of the menu for the deals. It's a store full of locals, definitely recommended!
I have ordered from here many times and I have always had a great experience and great service. However last night I placed an order for pick up the lady helping us at the till seemed very bothered that we had come in and interrupted her doing her what looked to be closing duties, then to really top it off once we had arrived home with our food, the pasta that we ordered was maybe half way full and had hardly any sauce on it, basically just a bunch of cheese. I have never received such a poor quality meal here like I did last night. Recommend not ordering pasta for take out as you definitely will not get what you pay for!
Good food and drink here! The lounge has that bar feel to it, good music and drink. Great local bar. The dining room is quiet and kid friendly, perfect for a meal out. My Wild Rose Wraspberry Ale came with actual raspberries floating in the top, how cool!Food: 5/5
My boyfriend got the VEAL CUTLETS Breaded Veal Cutlets smothered with Gravy and served with crisp French Fries, Steamed Vegetables and Garlic Toast., and it actually tasted like a chicken nugget. Not some thing I would recommend. My stepdaughter got SPAGHETTI PARMESAN Cacio E Pepe. Olive Oil Parmeson G Black Pepper. but it was very greasy. it did, however, taste good. I got the SPINACH & RICOTTA RAVIOLI In a rich Cream Sauce., and it was absolutely delicious. I would say that would be my favourite meal there. It was so good. We also had the SPINACH DIP Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip baked with ooey gooey Monterey Cheddar served with Tortillas, and they were delicious as well The waitress was lovely as well very polite. I would recommend this place.
Horrible customer service. If I could give this place a -1 I would. We ordered pizza and dry ribs last night. It was late like 11pm. When we got the pizza I took the first bite, and it was not even cooked it was all dough... raw dough. So we called back right away. And instead of apologizing, and offering to make us and send us a new pizza, they asked us to send pictures of the pizza. Upon doing so, they said, they would give us credit. We said no thank you, we are done eating at old town. this is the second time this has happened to us there might I add we asked for a refund. And they said, they will send someone to refund us the price of the pizza only. And to give the pizza back to the delivery driver. I said don't worry about it, I will bring all the food back there myself, so they can see with their own eyes, it was all raw dough, and I want a full refund on all the food. The "manager" responded by saying why would we refund the ribs? Whats wrong with them?... Um well gee whiz, maybe the raw dough in my mouth and the horrible customer service. Made me lose my appetite.??? By the time we got there it was midnight, the dough was so raw and wet that the box at the buttom was legitimately breaking apart. I Was able to get my full 47 dollars back. AFTER I had to send pictures of proof that it was raw dough, calling them back twice to try get the problem rectified and had to leave my house at 1145 at night, just to get a full refund. Horrible job old town.
Great food! Nice place to enjoy a Sunday afternoon with family and friends
Went Friday night with some friends. Expected to only go for dinner. But they had a music trivia night! Which was so much fun! Ended up staying for 3.5 hours. The garlic Parmesan wings I got were okay they were not coated very well at all. But the pizza is very delicious! Going to make it a thing to go for more music trivia nights with friends! Looking forward to trying more food from there.

This was the best pizza I have had in nearly 10 years. I was thrilled and will make the trip to eat there again. The pizza was thick with toppings and delicious. Was so filling, I ended up taking more than half a pizza home. Turns out it was also great cold.
The service was fast and friendly, very attentive staff. The food was amazing, burgers were big and delicious and the pizza was well made. Good family atmosphere, clean washrooms and nice tables. Would definitely bring my family back for another meal!Food: 5/5
