one of the worst online experiences, rude phone person, late delivery I called 5-6 times only to have them place me on hold and it got disconnected, I called back several times just to have them place me on hold with not coming back, or they hung up on me, I was trying to see when my order would be delivered, it had been 1-1/2 hour wait, then I finally said DO NOT HANG UP...I just need to see where my order is, he said, go pick it up.. I was furious, we left to go get the order about 15 min later the delivery guy called to say he was at our house. arrrggg we rushed home to cold pizza, and they got the wrong pizza. I will be writing corporate for the ridiculous way we were treated. I will not be ordering from Lake stevens again.
The pizza is at best okay. It's Pizza Hut after all. It'll do in a pinch, but not this time. I ordered with the app for curbside pickup, and checked in with the confirmation email. It told me to just wait, and someone would bring me my food. After about 20 minutes, I pulled up the app to see where things were at. I hit the check in button there just in case, and I get instructions to call when I arrive. After 5 minutes on hold, someone answers and tells me my food will be out shortly. 40 minutes and several concerned calls from my wife later all the while watching people pull up, walk in, walk out with pizza, and drive away, I call again and the person hangs up on me. I call a second time, and after spending a few minutes on hold, someone answers. I start to explain my situation, and they say they'll transfer me to the store. Why was I talking to someone not at Pizza Hut, and why did they try to take my order if they weren't there? Who knows? A brief hold later, I'm connected with the same person that told me my food would be right out. She was extremely apologetic, apparently under the impression that my food already went out. She took me my food which I guess was just sitting in the warmer for an hour while I waited, and she credited my account for $30. Now 9:00, I took my leathery pizza and soggy wings back to my wife. Had we been less hungry and exhausted, I would have just cooked.
3-1/2 Pizza isn't as good as it used to be, but still my go to. Cheese sticks look nothing like the picture and haven't in a very long time; just a thin, hard crunchy layer of "cheese" on a bread stick. Rarely ever an issue with order/delivery.
My pizza arrived and the slices were all over the box as if the driver dropped the box. My order of wings was also missing a wing only received 5 instead of 6.
Pizza was hot and delivery driver was very courteous. Usually delivered warm, this one actually had cheese pull and the kids were very happy. Driver had food sitting on top of delivery bag, so not on porch and was waiting at bottom of stairs. Complete respect for social distancing
Don't mean to be an issue for the owner of this franchise, but we got a pizza this evening and it was really bad. Cardboard with a little cheese. Think you'd make money by providing better quality pizzas to be honest with you. I won't be coming back. 35 bucks for a pizza plus ivercooked wings; that's no better than a frozen pizza doesn't entice repeat business, we literally left more than half of it and cooked a second dinner to make up for it.
Let me tell you a story, Order a pizza and request extra sauce. I called to complain, and it went to a call center. They transferred me 4 times, and each time they ask the same thing "Is this for delivery or carry-out". On the last guy has asked and I said neither and before I could respond to say they messed my order up they hung up on me. This is probably the worst "customer service" I have ever had. Not only can they not read, but they cannot even provide a local number for you to call. FOLLOW-UP! I drove down to the store and had them remake the pizza. They messed it up AGAIN! In addition, they didn't put me at the front of the line but at the end and I had to wait 20 minutes.
I have been a fairly regular customer for last 2 years at the Lake Stevens Pizza Hut, and a good tipper as well. Tonight 3/26/2022 I TRIED to order online - what a joke that B.S. is ! I tried to call and order first for delivery but you get a " Call Center ", so I hung up and just drove to this Lake Stevens store to place my order. I am agitated already by being unsuccessful at my already made attempts of trying to order my pizza. I walk in to store and a minute later another couple walk in behind me. When it was my turn I turned around and asked couple behind me if they were placing an order or picking up. They said picking up so I let them go ahead of me. When it was MY TURN again, the female at counter TOTALLY over looked me as I approached, to service customer BEHIND ME !!!!!!! I was absolutely LIVID !!!!! THIS is the kind of service you get anymore and get use to it people, it is now a common place occurrence !!! I FINALLY was acknowledged but I told this young woman I have been a customer frequently for awhile but you have lost my patronage for life !!!!!!!! This was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, on-line, on the phone AND in person by Pizza Hut !!!!!!! Im DONE with Pizza Hut. I went to Papa Murphys and got a wonderful pizza for HALF THE PRICE as well !! GOOD BYE Lake Stevens Pizza Hut !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered at 7:16 and it was supposed to be done at 7:35. I was told a few more minutes cause it was in the oven. When it was finally "ready" it was 8:05 and the pizza was barely warm. It had been sitting in the warmer, but they never called my name out even though I checked in when I first got there. Terrible customer service and I won't be ordering from this location again.
Clean. Lots of parking. Good pizza. Fast service.
