Wait 15mn for their fast food to get this nasty gross looking french fries. The employees refused to do anything with it initially and did not apologize for their mistake. This place makes me not go to any Jack in Box any more. I just like to ask them if they would feed their children with these ?

This is 100% the worst place to go in Lake Stevens regarding fast food. I have had them mess up quite a few orders, they take way too long and the older lady at the window is a bi***. She is short and wears glasses. She has absolutely no good customer service qualities. This place has absolutely no way to compete against other near by fast food restaurants based off their speed and staff. Will not be returning. I am surprised they are still open after so long. I want the old Dairy Queen back.

The lady was super nice really friendly even though it’s 3 o’clock in the morning. This is one of the few jack in the boxes that are actually 24 hours the ones in Lacey Washington. Or you too thank you never like that. The lady that took my order her name is Leslie.

Been there twice in a month and I have had to wait 25-35 minutes for the food even though there is literally 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru and the dining area is closed. Unacceptably slow and no apologies no free drinks for all the extra waiting around. On my blacklist now.

Unbelievable, I spent $32+ for 3 breakfast sandwiches, coffee and drinks and can't get a buttermilk ranch sauce without paying additionally for it. Bad customer service. I asked for the sauces at the drive through window and was not told anything then, just asked to move forward to wait for my food. When it came, there was no sauce included. Went back into the restaurant to ask for the sauce. The logical thing to do then would be to mention to the customer that you have a new policy for handing out sauces begining in the new year, but still give it to the customer especially after they just spent that much on food basic customer service. That didn't happen.

Service was nice but food was terrible.  A spider in my burger!!Service: 2/5

Went through drive thru the only issue was they forgot my orange juice and were wondering why I didn't pull out of the drive thru was kinda grumpy when I asked about my orange juice.Food: 4/5

I used to work at a fast food..specifically Burger King and if the oil was that bad I wouldn’t serve this to them. The oil is so bad: I understand what it’s like being understaffed and not being able to get things done when a rush starts or when someone didn’t get their task done. It’s stressful. But the oil should never get this bad. Both tacos where so black/brown my mom got so disgusted. She just threw them out. I never do reviews because I totally understand, but this just crossed the line for me:

I got 2 large fries, a 7 piece jalapeno poppers and 2 regular tacos and it came out to almost 20 bucks! Way tooo expensive for fast food, didn't even get a burger...  The line took for...ever! About 15 minutes with 3 cars Infront of me, the food was good and service was alright. Just way to expensive and a bit of a wait in line.Food: 3/5

This location has only gone downhill since it opened. Todays meal has got to be the worst yet.. fires were coldnot even warm and tastes like char, looked as if they scrapped them off a grille. The Jumbo Jack sandwich was real sorry looking and like the fires.. Cold.
