Pretty good food for a fast food place. We had to wait awhile before we ordered we were 1st in line since the front end guy looked like he was also handing out food at the drive through. I think they were short handed. But he did acknowledge us and said he'd be with us and was kind when he came over to take our order. It also took longer than normal to have our order ready, which was totally okay since we weren't in a hurry and they seemed pretty busy. But the place was pretty clean, and the food was good.
Good Wendy's location. They often get busy, but are always keeping the line moving. I wouldn't say they have the best customer service. More often than not they kinda throw the food out the window at you. But hey, they get the job done!
Wendys is my first choice for fast food, but unfortunately, my husband and I both have received some pretty lousy customer service at this location. The order takers also don't listen well, and we have had to repeat our orders just about every time we have come here. The vanilla frosty has been discontinued, which is very disappointing and shocking because I really thought vanilla was a very popular flavor and is my daughter's and my favorite.
Customer service isn’t the best. I ordered my food by drive thru but they forgot to make me a frosty chino and made a stern face about it. And then another worker complained about making it; drink wasn’t as good as other locations. Other than that, the food was good.
Wendy's is consistently the best fast food joint. If you want a cheap and tasty burger or chicken sandwich I would hit up this joint. Ow ya don't forget your chocolate frosty. The lake stevens spot is always fast and with decent service, solid 4 star.Food: 4/5
Whether it's the drive-in or dine in you can be sure you are going to get fast & courteous service and good food. The only fast food restaurant in Lake Stevens we go to now.Food: 5/5
The past two nights I went through the drive-thru. Two nights they got my order wrong. The first night I didn't get my fries with my number 7 meal big bacon classic meal. The second-night same order but I was given a baconator sandwich and the fries were cold. I won't be going back.
I will keep going here because it's Wendy's and they're a fast easy option and I like the food. But I have literally never once gotten a correct order from this location. Wrong size, extra/missing food, no toys in the kids meal. It's always something!!Food: 3/5

This place is on point. Dare I say the best place for fast food in Lake Stevens? Compared to Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Jack in the box, Dairy Queen and Burger King this Wendy’s blows them all out of the water. Thanks Wendy’s. Now I can hate Lake Stevens a tiny bit less.. jk.
