Would give zero stars if I could. Messed up the entire order. Pizza barely warm and not what I ordered at all. Couldn’t even get salad dressing right. Order info was correct on box - so don’t understand except for incompetency why I didn’t receive what I ordered. Supposed to be extra sauce and there in minimal to none and light cheese - would hate to see extra cheese.
We were asked to leave a review and that the pizza was made perfectly, but it’s a little too well done and crispy on the bottom. Asked for extra pineapple on one and it seemed like the normal amount. There’s usually been a problem every time we order. We love Papa John’s but we’d just like consistency
Honestly, I think this store should just be temporarily closed until they get a manager. I consider myself to be a very patient person but what I went through to get my pizza tonight was the most frustrating thing in the world. I sat in my car for curbside pickup knowing that it was ready because I received a text message saying it was. Nobody came out to me. I finally went into the store and no one could tell me where my pizza was and didn’t want to do anything about it. I understand being understaffed sucks with no manager on top of it, but there was absolutely no customer service in that place. I feel bad for all the future customers that will have to go through this, it’s not a good look.
Half the time they send my pizza to the wrong house. Tonight they actually brought it but it was burnt everywhere. I called. The manager said they would send me another pizza and that it would be here in 20 minutes. An hour goes by and no pizza. I call again. “Oh yeah I sent that. How about we make another one but you will need to come pick it up”. I didn’t pay delivery fees and everything else to pick it up myself. I tell her I want my money back. Tells me to come in and get it from them. The whole point of ordering was I didn’t have my car tonight. I give up on this place. It’s consistently terrible.
Got a large pizza and garlic knots and waited 30 minutes after I was told it’d be done. When I did receive my pizza it wasn’t cut, cold, and somehow burnt and doughy at the same time. When we called to attempt to get a refund, we heard the employees in the background saying we were lying and that we shouldn’t receive a refund because we couldn’t come back in to get a cash refund even though we ordered online
Papa John’s you really let us down tonight. Placed a mobile order it said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Took almost an hour. You had so many people working, but half just sort of roamed around with nothing to do. Felt very disrespected by your staff when I voiced some concerns over being told twice only 10 more minutes. Finally got pizzas and went home and 1 of them was totally the wrong pizza. You lost our business tonight.
Love Papa John’s pizza! Most times quality is great, sometimes not so much! But not not enough to keep us from coming back. Lol
I ordered pizza for my family because I was going to be home late. When I got to the store they refused to take a $50 for a $40 dollar order. There are things that can be used to detect counterfeit bills. It is really not that hard. As a retail worker myself I know how to check. So disappointed how business are afraid to accept cash.

Always been a papa John and alfys kinda guy. Daughter picked up three pizzas the crust was paper thin to the point my finger went through it. Cheese was crunchy and crust hard. Absolutely horrible stay far away
